It says not to use if nursing, but I do anyway. Breastfeeding has stretched my nipples and now when they get hard, they are visible through my shirt a mile away depending on what color and fabric I'm wearing. While I'm aware that everyone has nipples and they naturally get hard, I didn't enjoy when 75% of the people I came into contact with would immediately look down at my solid color shirt. Bras have no positive effect or purpose for me aside from concealing my nipples so I have discarded all of them except for 3 sports bras. Disposable pasties would be too expensive of an upkeep and I also don't like to be wasteful (I also use menstrual cup and cloth pads). I wear these daily and store them in a small round tin at night. I rinse them after each use and they seem to be holding up fine. The box says they are good for about 100 uses so I plan on buying these same pads again soon. They aren't strong enough to hang on freely but a light tshirt is enough weight to hold them on 😉
