I'm a Nurse, but call me Jill.... of all trades!!! This waterfall faucet was soooo easy to install and it looks absolutely beautiful in my kids' bathroom!!! The directions were extremely easy to read and I did it all on my own with the exception of having my son use his muscles to help keep the faucet straight and exert pressure onto the basin from the top while I screwed it down from under the sink to ensure it wouldnt leak and had a tight fit. All I needed for tools was a wrench and a Phillips screw driver. Would def buy, again!

Great quality easy to install

This faucet came packaged nicely. The quality of the finish was good. We ordered the antique bronze. The assembly instructions are straight forward. I had to open the hole in my desk to insert the threaded mounting fitting. Using a hole saw for this it was fairly easy as my deck is wood. The water connection hoses are good quality and easily marked red/blue for hot/cold water. The only negative issue I have with this faucet is with the poor design in how the hoses connect to the faucet. The hoses need to be inserted about 3/4” into the base of the faucet tower. When threading the hoses in it’s impossible to get a wrench on the hex because they are inside the tower. I saw a question posted by another customer regarding this. The seller says you don’t need to wrench them in. Well when it comes to water leaks I’m not comfortable with finger tight. In fact you can’t even get your fingers into the tower far enough to tighten. I used needle nose pliers to snug them in. After turning on the shutoff valves, I was happy to have no leaks. The water fall feature is unique and effective. You may need to turn the shutoff valves closed some if you get any splashing. Just common sense. Aside from that the faucet looks and functions beautifully and the price is great. I would have rated a 5 star on the “ease of install” if the water lines were easier to install. Overall I am very happy with my purchase hopefully it continues to functions as nice as it looks.

I bought 2 of these fountains for the master bathroom. I think they are very stylish and modern looking, and generally I have really been happy with them. They are a great value and bang for the buck. One faucet started leaking after almost a year from the top. I emailed customer service, showed them what was happening, and they sent me a new faucet right away. That's great customer service and I like a company that stands behind their product like they did. I would have given them 5 stars, but I gave 4.5 because of the leak although customer service was fabulous. I would buy these again if I need more faucets in the home.

I did not like that it was very noisy. I get there is air in the lines, but no other faucets in the house, or the one it replaced, was this loud. It's like the metal resonates the sound. It is a cool looking faucet, and it worked well. I ended up replacing for that, and because the faucet span was too long for my sink, which caused it to splash on me. I didn't know there was a faucet span measurement.

Very nice faucet easy to instal Is a bit loud I find and the stream doesn’t stay as a waterfall as I assumed it would But none the less I’m pretty happy with it excellent product for the price

Love this faucet. Good quality, nice matte finish, and the water comes out in a nice fountain. We saw other reviews that it is really loud/noisy but haven’t noticed this with ours, seems normal. The faucet is a bit big for our size sink/vanity so just check the sizing before you buy it

Looks much more expensive than it is. Solid weight to it too. My husband said it wasn't a walk in the park to install compared to other faucets but we love it. Due to the thin waterspout, water pressure comes out stronger which creates more splashing than usual. If you have a shallow or small sink this may not be ideal for you.
