The overall style is nice and modern and somewhat sexy with the high-low hem
At this time, there's only one other "verified purchase" of this robe so I wanted to chime in. The material is soft but somewhat flimsy and it's hard to believe it was $250. The hem is unfinished which is supposed to be a feature so you can shorten it yourself (I certainly wouldn't try this on a robe I just paid $250 for.) but the effect is somewhat less expensive looking. The overall style is nice and modern and a little sexy with the high-low hem. I returned it for another modern and stylish robe that was also around $250 and it's amazing. Comparatively, I would have kept this robe at $150.

The most incompetent customer service
After interacting with a customer service agent who confirmed with me she would refund me in the form of a gift card, rather than a refund to the credit card of the gift-giver (I didn't want her to know I had exchanged her gift) the company ended up refunding the amount on the credit card instead. Mistakes like this have an impact, especially when it's your mother-in-law who gave you the gift! Their apologies and $20 my next order will not make up for the fact that my mother-in-law now knows I didn't want her gift.In addition, the clothing is OVERPRICED. I have one pair of pants that I like, but another fabric ended up pilling. In both cases, I don't think their items are worth the money they charge.

Do not waste $250 of your money on this robe
A total disaster. Even with the interior tied, and belted tightly, it leaves about 6 inches of me from waist down open to the world. It was also way too long, so I followed their video instructions and cut the hem. This left a ragged edge with that 'chewed by a dog' appearance. I'd give it away to the Salvation Army, but even they'd reject it.
