No, does not come with a storage bag.

Is this too small for my 6 almost 7 year old?

My 6 yr old grandson loves it ... He is too tall to stand up in it but he’s ok with that ... his 4 yr old brother can stand up in it. They have a lot of fun with it as they both fit inside of it ok.

Can I get replacement tent poles?

Honestly, I wouldn't. I'd get done thick PVC & elbows. Can cement them together or not buy it'll be significantly sturdier
