Great value, great item.
Great price compared to some other filters out there. I put my nose right on the vent, no smell. Not sure I would do that during a flush, but so far so good. Remember folks, if you are using this on the high side of your holding tank, do not let your holding tank overflow and get this filter wet. Why, because then it will vent poo smell. Keep an eye on that holding tank level. I had no issues installing this item.

Fix waste tank smell
Installed easily in our head holding tank vent line, the filter immediately cleared the smell problem. During the install, I back flushed the line to clear accumulated waste that had been deposited during an apparent overfill of the holding tank.The attachment clips and supplied hardware installed easily also and held the filter in place neatly and provided a professional looking and smelling installation.

Easy install, no more stinky flushes while tied up ...
Boat Fart Stink Reducer!! It works very well. The only reason I am giving it 4 vs. 5 stars is that the housing is cardboard not pvc. Easy install, no more stinky flushes while tied up to friends boats (can be very embarrAssing...see what I did there). I will buy again when it's time to change, or I might just retro fit pvc into the existing mounts, either way we have noticed a big difference.

Fittings wrong
The narrative says it is supposed to fit 5/8 hose and it does not. Fits 3/8 hose, so I had to get different fittings to make it work
