Can't do without it!
I've had this Cuisinart FCT22-20 French Classic Tri-Ply Stainless 8-Inch Fry Pan for a couple of years. It is the best and most used of my cooking pans. It still works like a champ. Not only I couldn't do without it, but now I've had the 10 inch version for six months and I am happy with it as well. The high walls and curved handle are built to ease the flipping of food with a gentle pull of the wrist. The handle remains cool to the touch always. The tri-ply pans are more more expensive than the bottom-clad, but in my opinion, these are investments and heirlooms. With good care they can be of use to your great-grandchildren! Just make sure you know how to use them and you will pan fry non-stick and with very little oil without problems. I found this video and other related ones of great help: [...] I bought the Cuisinart Tri-Ply at regular price and have not received any compensation for my honest review. Love the French Classic line of Cuisinart!
Perfect pan for individual size anything, almost. Heat, add a little oil, and throw in your omelet, veggies, chicken, whatever - let it brown. If it seems like it is sticking at first just leave it be for a little longer and the food will un-stick itself for easy flipping. Things like fritters and breaded stuff stick more so for that may be best to use a nonstick pan. Clean up is simple - soak and run a brush or sponge with some dish washing liquid on it and it's clean and sparkly again. No scrubbing. This cookware seems to get only better as it ages!

Does not disappoint
This is the heavy, thick frypan that I was hoping for. Induction friendly and I can scrub it if I need to. I'm replacing my non-stick pans with these, one by one. Not cheap, and the minute you pick it up, you know why. Love it.

Useless piece of expensive garbage!
I purchased the 8-inch triply pan for cooking eggs in the morning thinking I was getting an upgrade from my non-stick pan I already own. After a month of trying to "break it in" experimenting with different oils and temperatures, I still can't fry an egg in the Cuisinart to save my life. I've worked in kitchens for 10+ years and I know how to cook an egg and how to use good and bad tools to accomplish the task. A warning to all: DO NOT BUY this garbage! It's definitely not worth the money it costs and, honestly, I wouldn't pay $5 for it. Now I'm a few days past the Amazon return deadline and stuck with this piece of junk. Oh wait, it has lifetime warranty -- I exchange it for another piece of junk that can't fry an egg without sticking to it. I would give this product 0 stars if it was possible. You've been warned.

Perfect pan which I know is an odd thing to say. I love making omelets and this pan is perfect for that and no sticking with just a bit of butter. I know it will be much better for smaller jobs without the chemical coating

I seem to waste so much of my life trawling through Reviews for weeks or more, sometimes, in the hope of finding the best products for my new/ish home... only to be severely disappointed. What makes it worse is I can't get to bricks and mortar stores because of my health most of the year, so I'm limited to buying from Amazon and otI really believed hers online. The brand of this Frypan (Cuisinart ) is so well-respected I believed I was making a good purchase but I honestly should have just gone with something much cheaper for all the good it is. Everything I've tried cooking in it sticks to the surface, despite following the instructions diligently as to how to "care" for the Frypan...Pancakes, eggs, Fried chips...and leaves a stain or mark on the bottom (inside) of it. It is extremely heavy for me to use, (but I weigh less than 40kg) , although the handle has a good grip and indent to assist in lifting....so wouldn't be an issue for healthy people. I just wish it didn't cause everything to stick, even at lower temperatures.

I bought this 8" at almost the same time as I also bought the more expensive All-Clad 8". We were replacing our non-stick pans. Honestly, I prefer this French-made Cuisinart. It is a few ounces heavier with a better finish and a much more comfortable handle. Of course, the All-Clad is good too. But this Cuisinart seems better and it costs less too.

El sartén muy bueno, pero la descripción es engañosa porque no es una cacerola con tapa.
