great portable option for farmer's handles
I'm lifting at a commercial gym now, and wanted to incorporate heavy-ish farmer's walks. Dumbbells aren't really great for farmer's walks for a variety of reasons (they tend to try to roll out of the hands, your knee bangs into the bell, weight's limited to 125 at my gym). I wanted something I could carry in with me on days I did farmer's walks, and these seemed to fit the bill and be affordable. They're not exactly light and easy to carry in a bag--about 9-10 lbs each and pretty large--but I just leave them in my car on days I'm not using them. On days I do use 'em, carry them in, shove them in a locker until it's time. Easy enough. And they *are* manageable with a larger gym bag (think like the 22"+ size) if you don't have lockers. They're good for at least 3 plates and change per side (including the handle that's 155-165 per hand), but they do have a tendency to kind of swing in a little bit compared to more standard full size handles--this issue increases with weight and it's noticeably worse with 4 plates per handle than three the one or two times I've tried it. Still usable though. BUT; they're portable, they hold more than enough weight for me to load up and fry my back, shoulders, grip and core with suitcase carries and farmer's walks, they were cheap...I'm still rating them at five stars given that. If you need something more portable or space efficient for farmer's walks handles that'll let you load heavier than dumbbells, these are a great choice.

So far, so good!
The media could not be loaded. These were my Christmas present. They were the only thing I asked for...And so far I love them. I train at a commercial gym and was using the trap bar to do farmer’s walks, and had gotten close to 300 lbs. I prefer using proper handles and these do the trick. They sorta fit in my meathead bag with my belt, knee sleeves, and squat shoes, which is nice. The plates at the gym sometimes get stuck, but that’s because the plates have a weird rubber coating. Otherwise, cast iron plates slide on no problem. Excited to keep adding weight. Loaded carries are the best.As an aside, I also own a landmine from this company and have loved it also. Super pleased with their products and am considering asking for a Viking Press attachment for my birthday. This is a great set of mini handles. You won’t be disappointed.

Works great!! With some adjustments
I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews but decided to pull the trigger because every occasionally has a lemon in a batch, i believe this to be the case for the other reviews. Overall they work great and are built well. These are pretty much the same as the titan fitness ones, wouldn't surprise me if they were made in the same factory. The coating has some texture so it holds chalk great. The clips it comes with are garbage, but they're free so idc. The only downside is it has a 90° angle where the handle part meets the frame causing it to jab you every so often. If u see the titan fitness model this is actually rounded off. Dont know if thats just the design or QC but that is the only negative. Other than that it would've been a 5 star, but just glue some padding on it and good to go, its farmers walk handles for crying out loud not meant to be elegant. Also packaging leaves alot to be desired, just thrown in a box with plastic bags over the metal thats it, so u can imagine metal banging around in a box. If u want a pretty piece of equipment with immaculate welds, powder coated finish, and a big name brand on it look somewhere else. But if u want an affordable piece that is built solidly you found it.

Very sturdy and well priced
The only negative thing about these is that the paint is very thin and rubs/chips off easily when swapping plates. The welds all look good and they feel sturdy. I've loaded these with up to 150lbs each and they held up fine. I use them more for things like calf raises and shrugs since it's easier to use than a barbell for those lifts.

One was completely defective.
Wish I could say these were amazing. They're farmer's walk handles, what could go wrong right? Well unfortunately one was defective. One half of the pair is perfectly fine and the other half appears to have been badly misshapen during the manufacturing process to the point that it can't accept standard-sized barbell plates.Ended up putting it on it's side and lightly jumping up and down on the 45-plate stuck on the hole but could still only get the plate about halfway on the rack bar. Then I ended up needing a hammer to remove the 45-plate. ridiculous right.definitely not worth continuing to work with the defective handle. I've used farmers walk handles before and think the product itself is amazing, but I unfortunately did not receive a functional pair.

At first sight...
If i could give this thing a ten star review,i would in an instant. The one thing my home gym ( a nine year old Marcy Smith machine with cables) was missing was a decent way to do heavy rows. I can do cable rows up to a certain point but nothing beats a good old fashion t bar row. Then i figured out that i can do squats, shrugs etc. with this bad boy. I'm in love.

Great for the home gym
To do farmer's carries, you need a two identical kettlebells -- I only have one each at various weights -- or a bar that requires 4 matching plates -- two on each side -- which I don't have. This thing requires only two matching plates.I was concerned that it might be awkward to hold or that it would get hang in a way that made it challenging to walk. These things hang straight and work like a charm.

Great grip strength and body building equipment
I recently purchased it in hopes of adding it to my workout routine. It is well made, heavy duty and it does what it says suppose to. I use it several times a week and noticed improvements.

If the handles are leaning into you, move the weight towards the outside
Without loading a ton on weight on these the weight distribution will be inside of the handle making them lean into or jab you but with more weight the center of gravity shifts to below or outside the handle making the problem go away. With lighter loads, I put an extra collar on the inside of the bar as a spacer to shift the center of gravity over and it solves this perfectly
