It's a weak solution of colloidal silver and it is, I think, a factor in my not needing allergy/asthma pills any more. Along with Congestion Relief, which I find even more amazing than Sinus Relief, I'm montelukast-free. I use the Congestion Relief regularly, and the Sinus Relief whenever I feel even a hint of sore throat. After about 20 minutes, I usually feel relief. If I don't, I use it, again, and I'm good to go. Sometimes I think that it's kind of a neti-pot-effect, rinsing your nasal cavity as well as adding healing elements to the walls of your sinuses. I do still take my inhalers for my asthma. I can't seem to not need them, although I do *occasionally* (*italics*) forget to use them before I go to bed and manage the night very well. Occasionally, I forget them, and think, "I really need them," and I get up and go use them. That's my personal experience for what it's worth to give you some information about how effective I find these products. Honestly, I came a across them because of a newsletter called Health Alert (I can't remember the doctor's name) that my dad subscribed to. That doctor sells them a dollar or two more cheaply than Amazon, but charges a flat rate of shipping, so volume is definitely a factor when thinking about ordering from that store. (Also for what it's worth, just throwing this in, last night I scratched a mosquito bite and it bled a bit. Because I knew it's just a weak silver colloid, I dabbed some Sinus Relief on a tissue and then on the bite, and this morning it doesn't itch and is healing nicely.)

Here's the funny thing. I get sick 2-3 times and year and like clock work I get 2-3 BAD sinus infections a year and they seem to take forever to get over. This is when loaded up with the usual suspects to cure my ailments (Z-Pack, Augmentin, Afrin, Patanase, etc...). I bought a bottle of this witches brew, but I was on a hot streak and hadn't gotten sick for 4-5 months. Suddenly, I felt a head cold coming on and I forgot I had this magical elixir in my cabinet. After I ended up getting stuck with the post sinus infection, I remembered and started using it 5-6 times daily as I was on the mend. My sinus infection took much less than its regular time to die down to a dull roar, but this stuff I continue to use 2x/daily. Once before bed and when I wake up and it really clears out ye ole passages and as an added bonus my sense of acute smell and taste has really come back with a vengeance. I didn't even realize how poor my sense of smell and taste had become over the last few years, but using this over the course of the last month, I've rediscovered the good (and the bad ugh) of the whole range of smells and tastes that surround us on a daily basis. High recommended moreso as a preventive and daily maintenance spray (versus saline or OTC stuff) than anything for me.

My husband is a cancer patient and when he shows any signs of a cold or flu, I become very concerned. Because of that, I had bought as a precaution the Sinus Relief to have on hand just in case. When my husband recently came down with a bad runny nose, I immediately gave him the Sinus Relief and he began to use it every 10 to 20 minutes, as indicated. He also took several 250 mg of vitamin C later after starting with the Sinus Relief. He soon cleared up and, although I came down with the flu, he remained symptom free from the cold and never got the flu. I am amazed, but i had been clued in by Dr. Bruce West about the product and how efficacious it is when you use it at the first sign of colds and flu. I was happy to have my husband use the only bottle of the Sinus Relief we had and he did well. I didn't because I had to wait for another order of the product to arrive in the mail before I could start it. By that time, my flu was in full force. Yes, I recommend Sinus Relief.

Works well to open up nasal passages and allergies.The price is too high because when I first started buying it is was between 5 to 6 bucks a bottle and now it's almost 11 bucks.this is the cheapest I've seen it.

Those who say colloidal silver is quack medicine is scared that there is something that eliminates suffering and works better and faster than antibiotics. This product cured my post nasal drip cough and alleviates my allergy symptoms and I use a bare minimum to do so. Those who stand to make money cant tolerate the fact that nature has provided us with everything we need and that everything else is imperfect and a gimmick to make money. Look at zinc. zinc also demolishes bacteria in the back of my throat. Between these two things I dont have to suffer. Its too bad some people try it one time and say "it burns me" and says it useless. That burn is not a bad thing and it does not always occur. This is first aid medicine and by using it you will avoid so many "long haul' things before they get to that point.

One of the few none antihistamine products available. I have to switch sinus sprays every few days. This product works for me.

I came across this on Amazon when searching for a product to actually kill whatever keeps getting into my sinuses and making me feel like I'm going to get a cold (and usually do). I am otherwise very healthy. Do not eat dairy or smoke etc. I do have all kinds of allergies on a modest level. This stuff has been working. I've only used 2 squirts a day and now I'm at 1 squirt as preventative. It will burn a little if there is what I assume bacteria in there, but I don't mind -that tells me its working and it's maybe for 1 minute. Neils sinus rinse doesn't compare. I do use fluconazole as needed but haven't had to as much since using this product. Also if I feel to dry in my nasal I use NurtiBiotic spray plus-nasal lubricant with grapefruit seed extract. I forgot to mention I use Norwex cleaning products that use silver like this nasal relief spray and I love it. Silver works! Natural. Don't worry if it's elemental or colloidal silver just try it.
