Great Band
These bands are great they work instantly for pain and you can put them almost anywhere. I recommend them to anybody that's in pain and it last a couple of days. Well worth your money.

Kinesio Tape is awesome!
The KT Tape helps support my elbow (injury). It provides support without the bulkiness of a brace. Wish I would have used this sooner. However, I will continue to use this product until my elbow heals.

KT tape is Great if not wet.
KT tape is awesome and no complaints about the product. But I made the mistake of not buying the Extreme KT tape which is best for longterm wear. I am using it for my grade 3 sprained ankle. I had the EXTREME KT tape originally and accidently bought this one which is fine when not wet. Which i need to wear for more than a few hours due to the Grade 3 sprain I have.

Expensive mistake
Used so called cheaper tape and was advised this wood last longer.Big mistake lasted one run ,poor purchase . Worst purchase I have made from amazon in 12 years
