Russell Athletic Men's Big & Tall Dri-Power Peformance Tee

My husband had a white Russell dri-power shirt, and it was his favorite for summer. (He's 290 lb and 6'3. It was an XXL (not tall), and a bit small, but it kept him nice and cool during hot summers. One day he (didn't follow my suggestion to change shirts as he) worked on cars in it, and so it was ruined forever as far as wearing it out in public. So I searched for another for him. I decided to try this 2XT (adding "Tall" to hope it was a little bigger) from FogDog in black. (Russell Athletic Dri-Power.) I read the other review that says it was wayyy too big in every possible way, particularly the shoulders and sleeves, so I was worried. I should not have worried. If you are a teenager or 20-something and you like the sleeves of your t-shirt to be form-fitting around your muscles, you would say it was too big. But we always like a little wiggle room in our t-shirt sleeves so that, like, when you drive, it does not pull and seem "tight." So no, I would not say it has too much fabric, the arm holes were just right for what you would think a t-shirt should be, a little roomy. It is a little longer, and a bit wider, and while both the old shirt was not really "clingy" to my husband's belly, this one is even better yet, it is just great sizing for him, he is chubby in the tummy, but other than that, he's just built like a "normal" 40 y.o., muscles and such, not stretch marks on fat or anything (but still a 46" waist). btw, the photo (on Amazon), to me, seemed to be a little grey-ish, it's not, it's 100% black, as black as you can get and would expect. I am going to buy more in this size for him. It's a super-great shirt, he is moving from wearing regular t-shirts to these in the summer time. (The weave is so lightweight, but not at all see thru, so it's the only shirt he wears, he does not use it as an underlayer.) Take care!

Holds up well, breathable for men that run hot-natured, and the texture of the material is perfect for those with sensitivities.

First time I've ordered this brand of shirt, and I must say I am pleased. The texture is solid but quite comfortable and it breathes quite well. On initial wear, the sleeves seemed a bit longer than I usually use, but they adjust well. The collar is a bit snug; so if you don't like them like this, then you might not like this type of shirt. That being said, the material is comfortable and seems durable.Also, I must also mention that the delivery arrived quite fast. I was not expecting the delivery to arrive for at least 2-3 days, but was quite surprised when it arrived on a Saturday while at home. Kudos to Big & Tall Direct for the prompt delivery. Will add to trusted third party sellers for future purchases.

I just got this shirt and while the material was a different texture than I thought it would be (wasn't paying attention), I really really like this shirt. I'm a girl so yes this shirt is a bit large on me, obviously the line along the shoulder is longer than it should be but it's no longer than $60 men's t shirts that I've bought in the past so no surprise there. The shirt is quite roomy while long at the same time ( I'll probably get one size smaller next time). Some comparably priced shirts I've bought are either wide or long and hug you in all the wrong places which I don't like, especially if you have some pudge in the middle. Today was the perfect day, one of the hotter days in the season so far and I stayed cool and dry. Overall...the shoulder and chest area of the shirt fit well...the midsection of the shirt is great if you don't like something hugging you all day, not a tent but not a snuggie either.

I bought a couple of these shirts at $8.xx, black XXXL, all other sizes and color's were at $23, so i took a chance on 1, Came in 2 days they fit roomy in the shoulders which i loved, being i have big shoulders and were long at the waist again i love that being i tuck everything in. good thick and breathable material. followed up with a order of 4 more and purchased 2 others in the Russell family just a different style same material and a price south of $10, using for work as our office is a casual clothing, the funny thing is that nobody has noticed that i have had the same color shirt on for the whole month of January (own 7 of them). No thinking of what to wear to work

As a 6'4" male it's kind of hard to find great fitting t-shirts. Larges are shorter than I'm comfortable being active in and XL's make me feel like I'm wearing a cotton sack.I decided to give this brand a try because they were a nice price and had availability in Large Tall. I will admit they're a tad too long at first.. But after a wash or two they fit almost perfectly on me.The fabric feels good and the moisture wicking is definitely noticeable. Even a slight humid sweat turns a hot breeze into a cool blast of air.Pretty great shirt for the price. Now to see how long it holds up..

Shirt is very comfortable but I felt just a touch small

The Russell athletic dry power shirts are the best on retail. Better than NIKE dry fit. Better than Under Armour and Adidas.
