There may be about 40-50 in the jar.

It says on the jar “do not refrigerate”. I didn’t and they last months. They are too good to last long enough to spoil.

No it doesn't specify, just says natural color. Here is the list of ingredients: cherries, sugar, Marasca, cherry juice, glucose, citric acid, natural color, Maraschino flavor.

It says " Once opened keep the jar closed in a cool and dry place. Do not freeze." on the label of Luxardo Maraschino cherries.
