Great potential, but major issues are a possibility.
Let me start out by saying we really had some big hopes for these boxes. Great size, impressive speeds, and lower power usage were the real draws here. The demo box worked well and we decided to move forward. That is where the good experiences ended.Since installing these boxes 4 months ago we have been plagued with random crashes, overheating, system bog downs, and complete device failures. According to their own sales staff there support team is overloaded problems and can't keep up. They don't have enough product to replace failures and instead require you to ship your equipment to them for an undisclosed amount of repair and diagnoses time.I highly discourage anyone from buying this product until the company gets their manufacturing and support up to the task.

After six months of sending units back for replacement it has been over a year now all units are useless paper boxes in the gara
I bought three of these over the period of 4 months. the first one was impressive and I added two more, should have waited for 30 days atleast. All three units started malfunction within 2 to three weeks.over heating, ssd drive failure. power supply failure, After six months of sending units back for replacement it has been over a year now all units are useless paper boxes in the garage.There is no way to get any upgrade parts. not that i have been able to locate. I would not waste time or money on this company or product. They have been around for over two years now one would think that reliability would be improved by now.
