Q: Can this be used on the face?

I have used on my private parts & under my bust but I have not put on my face I use Liz Earle Exfoliating Toner it will dry face up well ,I think this is to powerful for facial use as it’s Greasy & is for different use as skin on face does not get bacteria in same way as private & under large bust .
