I purchased a pair of these finials on a whim. What a fabulous find -- outstanding quality at a very affordable price from Warehouse Deals.The finial is flawless. Made from a single piece of wood, it is pristine in presentation. It has a finely mitered and sanded body far surpassing other finials that I have found in big box stores.Unfortunately, the quality of the finials has greatly raised the bar on the quality of upcoming project! ;)I love these so much that I was very hesitant to write a review and let my secret out to others.Highly recommend..

While I've been waiting for the pressure-treated wood to dry a little on my new fence and arbors, several of these finials have already started cracking! It has only been three weeks (it's springtime) since they have been outside. Completely unacceptable!

Very nice and elegant, and I'm so glad something besides a ball or cap was availble! I just got these and haven't installed them yet, but they are just the size and heft I'd hoped for. They're going to look great on the posts of my picket fence, once they've been primed with a good shellac-based primer and good quality paint. Should get decades of use out of them!

This finial is just what I needed. It's the right size and contour. I like the fact that the finial doesn't have a flattened top.

My original post had a crack running up the side, so I was happy to find this one on amazon, but after receiving it, it was much smaller than the original. It looked ridiculous on the post. I eventually returned it with no hassle and received credit to my account.If I had kept it, it was definitely good construction and made very well. So if this post fits your size, you won't be disappointed.

These fit in with the larger acorn finials on the fence. We made a new gate and wanted to match the existing finials on the fence. These are just right and look great!
