These hooks are prefect. I built an entryway area and had already purchased some of these hooks at the big box hardware store. They were not the nicest ones but I settled. Before installing them I figured I'd take a quick look on amazon to be sure I wasn't missing anything. Am i glad i did!! These hooks are not only visually appealing, they are very heavy duty and are more then appropriate for hanging coats and purses which is what i'm using them for.They already come with screws which might be a bit small if your planning on hanging heavier things and want them to be sturdier. I will update my review with pictures once i'm done with my DIY entryway bench!

These cute hooks were a part of a project, and worked very well. The backs are hollow, and the screws (2) are straight across the front. I've had no issues with chipping paint, breakage of hooks, or metal issues of any kind. I did use my own screws that I knew were strong, so I cannot comment on the quality of the screws provided. The collection of matching hooks all look good together, and I think that they are of decent quality for a great price.

It's a hook. It holds stuff up. Solid. Nice color that seems like it was last/not stainHooks far enough from wall that things easily go on it without knocking off. If you have kids, you know that when they put one thing on they can knock it off. Not here. Plus, you don't have to cram the jacket collar in there to get it to stay--nice steep curve.

The hooks are fine. As I read in other reviews, I also experienced screws snapping/breaking, even using pilot holes to help eliminate that case.

Can't go wrong with these hooks. They are very solid, sturdy, have a nice finish, and easy to install. Purchased 4 to install on the back of our bedroom doors, will probably get even more to install on the back of our closet doors as well.

I have a mudroom in my cottage, and this hook was to replace a plastic hook that had been there prior. It's strong and will handle snowsuits and other winterwear without any worry.

Can with really low quality screws, whose heads broke off before they were even sunk. Very disappointed.
