I just got into doll customizations I was quick to go and buy the cheapest supplies I bought this tool without looking at the ratings or reviews until after it was already on the way and I’ll admit after reading I was lowkey nervous that it was going to be a waste of money. Well I received it this morning and I’m amazing I’m happy I bought it I don’t even know how to re-root but I figured it out and I’m loving it. Had no issues putting it together for any of the needles and no modifications needed. So far so good no complaints for me but to each it’s there own I guess. 100% recommend for newbies like myself.

The tool was great for rerooting my Chucky’s doll hair

I was using super thin kanekalon to re root an Barbie and these needles were far too tiny to pick up the super thin hair. Since I had never rooted hair before, it took me hours of frustration to figure out the problem. Eventually, I visited a friend and saw her needles. They were absolutely nothing like these. I ended up using wire cutters and a sewing needle to make my own. Sadly, the handle was extremely wobbly and constantly bent. So basically, a piece of junk.

I was expecting the needles to be made if sterner stuff. The needles are hard to put in the handle. I am going to have my husband to help me. The needles won’t stay in and keep breaking. I had to order more needles. 🙁

It's ok & works fairly well. The needle doesn't tighten down much & has to keep being put back in. But it'll be fine for what I need.

I have used these needles to reroot hair for over 30 dolls now, and they are absolutely fantastic. They do break if the plastic of the head is too thick, but that's easy to fix by heating up the doll's head before using them, so that the plastic is more malleable.These are fantastic and last longer than any other needles I've tried. Love them!

I'm a noob rerooter and my homemade tools weren't working out so I wanted to get an actual reroot tool. The needles don't fit in the holder at all and when I managed to wedge it in with tape, the needles would snap. I ended up taking one of the broken in half needles and sticking it into an x-acto knife holder and that works fine. I don't recommend this though unless you are willing to pay this amount of money for a lousy needle.
