Works better than the cheaper aftermarket ones

This toner cartridge installed quickly and easily intro my B411d machine. My only complaint is that the release lever was very stiff to operate, making me wonder if there was a problem. However, operation of the level did cause the toner to be released into the drum and all seems well. Since there seems to be only the one replacement cartridge type available, the key issue then is price and availability. The OEM was at 50% of the price posted by a major office supply web site, and the price at Amazon's dealer was more than 20% less than the OEM price. Further, the OEM was out of stock with a 30 day back order.

I ordered an Okidata 62427201 B4600 Digital Mono Laser Printer for what I thought was a good price. ANTONLINE took my money, and confirmed that they had shipped the printer, per their item number and product description in the shipping information.WHAT OCCURRED WAS NOTHING LESS THAN FRAUD !!!What arrived was a printer drum which could not possibly be confused with their detailed description of the printer or the totally different item number and weigh. No live person at ANTOLINE would return my phone calls or emails, or make any attempt to correct the problem!It is apparent that they underpriced the printer and simply refused to honor the sales agreement they had entered into. I return the drum, but HAD TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING for their obvious BAIT AND SWITCH tactic toavoid delivering the printer as agreed. I now find out that many otherbuyers HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS SAME EXACT ISSUE. I would never order anything from ANTONLINE again.

We have several of the printers that use these cartridges and they are pretty expensive. This was a great place to buy them cheaper.

I had originally written an unfavorable review, as my printer wouldn't work. It turns out I ordered the wrong toner cartridge, which fit my printer. Be very careful when ordering your toner, as the wrong toner's will pop up for some printers. This order arrived timely, and was a new item. Would order from this company again.

Rarely to we have any issues, most always pleasant and on time

Unfortunately the ink cartridge for my printer is not available at my local office supply. My printer shut down (due to low ink) and I was stuck. Luckily I found what I needed at Amazon, ordered it on Thursday afternoon and it arrived Saturday morning (standard shipping). I was very pleased that I could start my week with a functioning printer!

You have to pay a lot more for non-generic toner. After a terrible experience with generic toner (had to replace the print drum), I went back to paying Oki-extortion.
