This back support works very well and is comfortable at first but because I'm fat around the middle it does start to get uncomfortable after a few hours but I tend to find thats plenty of time for it to help short term. Great value for money for the relief it does give. Not only do I recommend this product but I have encouraged others to get one ( they all have less of a struggle in the belly area then me )

Made my posture a little straighter but as a large breast lady don't feel the fit was 100%. Could do with adjustable shoulder straps not just waist adjustableAlso the backboard could be longer but I am 5ft8 and size 16 38 back. So may just be my size and may if bought wrong size.Only wore for short periods of time. Quite bulky so wouldn't wear under clothes only around the house.

It does work but haven't managed to wear for long as the straps hurt my armpit

Haven't worn it for long but seems comfortable and well made.

They are simply not strong enough.

Wore this while walking after having operation found it ok for a bit but it wasn’t for me doing specific exercises worked better

just follow the instructions really easy to use and comfortable

I am having back and neck pain all my life.Another different things didnt really help.It is help ,because relieves pressure tension and helps straighten rounded shoulders .It keep good posture.Works brilliantly.The supplied pads make wearing it comfortable.If you have problems with your back or neck muscles,this is the product for you.
