I use these for joint pain. I can tell when I don’t take them. They are small and easy to swallow. As long as I take them daily, they tend to work fast for my knee.

This item specifically, is needed at a particular level.Any other brand aside from Standard Process, which for this item may be under their MediHerb line, is not going to work.I can promise and swear to you, that for Glucosamine Sulfate, you need a specific "thing".I don't want to talk about all the details, like I know anything.But, it does not matter how much you take of other brands, aside from Standard Process, which usually has herbs in it. So, it depends on what you or you "doctor" wants.But, if you take two of these twice a day, and make a fist, after six weeks, you will understand. For me, I know in days.Of any supplement, and I don't know all to compare to, this one you need this level of quality.The instructions, say one or two a day. So, that is the most important. Because, that would mean two pills a day, at most.The reason is, that everything nearly has consequences. With, this ingredient it can effect a lot of things, just like anything else. So, it's hard to give or offer advice, from my own or others personal experience(s). Because, you may have bad effects from too much, like a balance of all things type of thing.You will get the benefit. But, it can cause problems like... Well, it is best to get a professionals opinion.I have a used these products for decades, and know exactly what they do for me, and also, that even though they will help, they can harm, sort of. Like, balance in the "gut", and well serious things that may not be of a concern to you. But, should be, as this ingredient, or other terms, can disrupt easily, "digestive balance", generally speaking.You will not ever feel the lubrication and ease of movement from any other brand aside from Stand Process, that you will from this product."body builders", like at least one famous one who promotes quantity is a liar.You can take as much as you want of this ingredient, and you will never get the benefit. Unless it is of the quality of this item, or the one other that I have mentioned.You can mix, match, combine. It will not matter. It is the molecular size, of this ingredient. The product will never reach "you", unless the ingredient is how it should be for what is needed.So, if you are a "body builder" or anyone, you know the difference, of things from generic to brand. If you don't, go ahead waste your money and wish the effect you think you are getting means something. Then, "take" this and feel like you have a "new" body.But, get advice from the correct person, as this ingredient, can and may cause you more problems.So, just like with "body building", get tests and get professional help, or else you risk your health or finances.

Pure is the product you buy, excellent product worth the money. Been talking this for my aching knees, I’m over 50 and former athlete. They seem to be working.

Pure Encapsulation vitamins were recommended to me by a friend who is a homeopath. I particularly like the Glucosamine Sulfate because the dosage is only 1 tablet. Most other brands include other ingredients (Chondroitin or MSM) as well as inert additives, and the dosage is usually 2 giant tablets. Although these seem a bit expensive, the 1 tablet dose makes the price comparable. The quality of the product makes these a great buy!I take this product daily, and have excellent joint mobility and minimal pain, only on occasion.
