VERY happy with! I have had my Brother MFC-8660-DN, for probably 16 years and it is a little work horse for my home based business. This is only the 2nd time I have needed to replace this part, which my manual says will need to be periodically. My copies were coming out w/black roller marks down the right side of page. Ugh! Not too professional! You Tube videos were no help. THIS did the trick! No more marks! YAY!!

I received this drum unit when my Brother printer indicated I need a new drum . When I installed it the drum light did not stop blinking even though the unit functioned normally. This is a recognized problem because the unit comes with a drum reset procedure supposed to correct the problem I had to email support before I could get this procedure to work. They responded quickly with the information I needed.The unit functions normally when installed correctly.

For the price, this worked pretty well for me. Heads up though. I have had two issues with this drum. 1. The drum I bought from E-Z ink started ghosting images & leaving smears after a little less than a year of use. We use the printer quite a bit, but the original drum lasted substantially longer with the same use. Lines are visible on the drum where the previously used drum did not. 2. Since installing this drum, the paper jams in duplex upon printing on the other side of each page. It doesn't always jam, but it jams often (only on printing the back of a sheet). I discovered that if I tapped on the side of the printer lightly as it's feeding for the back side of the page, it would feed through. Of course this is not ideal & it is possible that something else is causing the jam, but it did not jam with the previous drum installed & I have cleaned all the feed rollers with alcohol & Qtips. Perhaps it is worth the shorter life & duplex feeding issues given that the price is 1/10th that of OEM, but I'm not sure that it is I will probably order this again, but if it lasts much less than a year the next time, I will probably bite the bullet & go back to OEM.

Fast delivery. Packed securely to prevent damage and dust, Easy to install (it came with clear description on how to reset printer drum counter). Worked flawlessly and the print is clear and crisp.I cannot speak to the longevity as I have not printed enough to make that determination.

The drum didn’t last long at all. I hardly use it and it already is leaving streaks

Product came quickly and well packaged. The TN850 cartridge I purchased fit perfectly and gave 'like new' copies. Very happy with purchase.

Doesn’t last as long as the $100 options but I can print way more with $100 of these!

You get what you pay for. The printer is telling me to replace the toner after printing about 700 pages.
