Works!
This really works. We are having a bad "no-see-em" year. I mean you step outside and they are all over your head and face and they bite. Everyone is starting to look like they have acne around here. Yard work doesn't stop, something had to be done. We got these and they do the job. Who cares what they look like. No longer are we being bitten up.

Not long enough
This net was not big enough to go over a hat with a 3 1/2" brim. It is not long enough to cover my neck completely. I wish I had checked it out sooner as it is too late to return. Also the netting is rather rough.

Coghlan's head net
Coghlan' head net will save you when the buffalo knats/black flies are swarming.

keeps the wee F'ers out but a bit too scratchy to have near your face
It works, it keeps the Scottish highlands beasties away from your face. It is durable enough to throw in your bag and carry on multiple trips. It's just a bit scratchier than I would like for something that rubs against my face.

Works as intended, easy to wear
Product works great, stops no see-ums and mosquitoes. Wear a wide brimmed hat under to avoid the net to press against the skin and give a chance to the bugs to bite through it.

Not big enough to cover a 360 degree brimmed hat.
Buy one from Cabela’s or Bass Pro shop. I have 2 from Cabalas they are larger longer and softer on the skin. I bought the two Amazon ones cause they were cheap to keep on boat. There too small to fit over 360 degree brimmed hat. If you do manage to crush it over hat it’s then not long enough to cover neck. The cloth is so rough you can grate cheese with it. Uncomfortable an ineffective.

no noseeums inside, thank goodness.
I need to secure the top of the head net to the top of my hard mesh helmet. When my head is looking down the head net slides forward on the helmet slick surface. It's still great!
