These are extremely cheap and poor quality. They arrived broken and as I opened then they just fell apart. Hiw can I return these faulty goods?

I like them, buy be aware that the size is quite small. I don't mind that as it fits nicely on my shelf. Also, a little criticism is that when lit, the orange and purple one look almost identical in the dark. Other than that – no regrets!

Unfortunately the glass in one of the lanterns was broken and the metal at the base and side was in alignment. Only one lantern was protected by being wrapped in cardboard the other two just had plastic around them. I am aware on the lead up to Christmas everyone is under pressure but I do think glass items should always be protected by appropriate padding. It’s such a pity because I think they are lovely and the purple one would have been so nice lit up. I will be looking for a replacement please

No están bien acabadas y a los dos dias se rompió el cierre de la puerta.

Die Laternen sind wunderschön; sie leuchten mit einem Teelicht sehr schön und ruhig. Allerdings werden sie sehr schnell sehr heiß und man sollte sie nicht mehr berühren. Was aber leider schlecht verarbeitet ist, sind die Türchen zum Schließen...die brechen leicht ab nach mehrmaligem Betätigen. Aber das sehe ich jetzt nicht als gravierendem Mangel an. Man muss sie ja nicht schließen!

Die Leuchter erzeugen schöne Lichter im Raum.
