We always got just basic umbrellas from the local store that always kinda sucked. I eventually decided I wanted a bigger umbrella that was better quality. We purchased this one, loved it so much that we ended up purchasing another one. The wooden handle is a nice durable and solid quality and looks so fancy and classy. The umbrella is lightweight enough to be portable and travel well, but still solid enough that it holds up against rough weather. All in all this increases definitely works well and I am so happy with it.

I really love this umbrella! It's beautiful (I purchased the black with a thin reflective edge). I'd seen umbrellas before that close without dripping called "reverse close umbrellas, but they looked so bulky and (to me) unattractive. This umbrella is built well, looks attractive and it pops open with a nice strong pulse/jolt. The size is also nice - I and my purse, groceries, etc. fit nicely under it. I don't think it's quite big enough to accommodate two people however. The only thing I want to share is that it is VERY hard to push the umbrella down into the closed position. I've learned to find a wall or nearby hard surface to use help me close it. I've had for about 2 weeks and have only used a few times, so it's possible the mechanism may become easier to operate with time. I only mention it for people who have strength or mobility issues. Other than this one comment, I'm really happy with my purchase!

I bought this umbrella for my son as a compact solution that would fit in his backpack. After it arrived and we tested it out a bit, I’m a little jealous because it’s nicer than the umbrellas that we currently use. I had my son open and close the umbrella a dozen or so times to test it out. The button extends the rod and expands the umbrella. If you click the button again, the umbrella collapses, but you still have to manually shorten the rod. I didn’t have any issues with this, but my middle school son needed some help as it takes some effort and he hadn’t quite got the technique down. Overall, this umbrella is lightweight, the fabric is thick with a nice sheen and texture to it. Build quality is solid.

Easy to open but hard to close. It’s big and sturdy but closing it is such a pain that I tend to not use it.

My third umbrella of this brand. I have two in my car and now one inside my house do use when we walk the dog. It folds up into a very reasonably sized small packet, but opens into a huge size for protecting you in the rain. It’s the best of both worlds and is high-quality.

I keep this in my car for rainy days. This is the first umbrella I purchased so far that has this unique upside down design. So far it is working well and helps me avoid getting water on myself when collapsing it. I like the color and it seems sturdy so far, but I haven't really put it through the paces yet.
