Absolutely excellent customer service. I don’t usually write reviews but this deserves to be mentioned. Had this light for about a year now but only recently put it up in my new dining room and it’s look very modern and expensive. I’ve seen similar designer lights for a few hundred pounds but this looks just as well made. Also they custom made it so I had the middle rod shortened so it hangs perfectly over my dining table and again communication throughout was so easy. Asked for extra parts only so I can fix it the way I want as the lights can move to which ever direction you want and after a year they sent it without no questions asked. Gives out great lighting too. Lots of compliments given.

It's not for tall ceils. I spent hours and hours adapting and rewiring to shorten its height.It's good looking but quality is minimal. I broke some parts during installation.

I have 2 of these lights up in a vaulted ceiling and they look great. I have had many positive comments about them.

Arrived faulty. One of the threads for the central pole has sheared off so can't attach. Have requested a return and ordered another one so hoping it won't arrive with the same issue

Fixture came undamaged and with all the pieces. It was pretty easy to put together. In this pic, the fixture is hung over a 36" diameter table.

Las instrucciones de montaje son el peor texto Instruccional de la creación. Dificulta muchísimo la instalación de la lámpara. Eso sí, la lámpara es chula y bien acabada para el precio que tiene.

It was such a quick delivery and thanks for that. BUT despite it says 'E27' bulb cap type in the product description like 3times, actually it isn't !!!!!! I haven't seen such a weird cap type ever in my life... is this possible to refund even though I already almost assembled it ?? I can't use all my four E27 bulbs that I bought separately....

Sono molto soddisfatto della lampada dal design moderno con una forma accattivante. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo in quanto un prodotto del genere in negozio lo trovate sicuramente ad un prezzo piu elevato. Per quanto riguarda l'lluminazione a mio avviso è ottima in quanto io l'ho installato nel salone sopra il tavolo da pranzo. L'unica pecca è la complessità del montaggio ma una volta montato non ve ne pentirete. Ps ho preso il modello a 4 lampade.
