I bought this for my average size 11 year old. I bought a large and I am sure he will grow out of it by Halloween. He says he likes it BUT it is really too small for him. I'll let him keep it as a fun around the house costume but if he didn't like it, I would've return it. He wears a 10/12. I dont understand why costumes run so darn small.

This costume fit my son perfectly. I ordered him the Large (he is 9 yrs. old and wears a size 12). The quality was of your typical halloween costumes from a good costume store. It was really wrinkled but I put the skeleton part of the costume in the dryer to knock out the wrinkles. I put my iron settings on low/synthetic and ironed the jacket. I stuffed the hat with paper for a few days before Halloween to help set the shape. I added a cane, some gloves and a skeleton face mask and bam...Introducing Mr. BONE-JANGLES!!

This is a very cute costume, but the hat was very flimsy and had a hole in it. From the picture, it looks stiff and like it will stand up on its own. Everything was also very wrinkled when it arrived and the instructions say not to iron it. My son normally wears a size 8, but the costume was way too small. I did send it back and order a bigger size with no problems.

I didn't pay much so I didn't expect much. The costume turned out to be pretty well made. The suit is sleeveless, so allow for room for at least a t-shirt and pants underneath. The hat was disappointing, it was flat and kindof lumpy and it didn't fit my 10 year old's head so we had to buy another. The jacket was nice and not too thick. (We live in a warm climate.) Overall, it was worth the price and the fit, except the hat, was good. Thank you.

Adorable, comfortable and a hit at the party! Runs small and short (we ordered size up to compensate) The stretchy underlayer/bonesuit allows a warm layer underneath for trickortreating. We supplemented it with a skeleton mask and found the skeleton gloves elsewhere on amazon. Not scary at all without the mask, very creepy with a mask on in an oldschool not-just-another-zombie way. We used a mask that covered head and neck to fill gap between face and very wide neckline on bonesuit.

Sized up to large since the reviews said the suit ran small, but my 6, almost 7, year old is swimming in it. I'll just pin a few places. Maybe he'll want to wear it again next year.The outfit says not to iron, but all three pieces are a wrinkly mess. I'll have to get out the steamer, I suppose.

I think it was cheaply made. The hat was always wrinkled though and we couldn’t straighten it out. The red fabric around the hat broke on Halloween night. The costume got a hole at the crotch fairly quickly. The length was fine. I got a large for a 9 yr old who is 51 inches and 70 pounds.

Hottest costume for my 12 year old son but had to return it was way too small for him. He is 48 and a half inches tall and soaking wet maybe 90 pounds. It rode up on his backside really bad and it was also missing the Hat. So I returned it and chose something else.
