ppl complain that these items like this, many brands, that the Adhesive Pad comes off the phone, which after a stress test, having the phone on the clip while i try to mount on to Pocket of Jeans, the phone comes off the Adhesive Pad becouse the force all goes to one side while the other side comes up.How do i fix this with any brand like this with this kinda Adhesive Pad and attachment, ilove the metal ones with the magnet , i REMOVE the Adhesive Pad and cut down a Commando Strip to size of the old Adhesive Pad and place it on the plastic / metal clip that goes on phone depends on the brand you bought on amazon etc and then use rubbing achole on back of phone clean then place Adhesive Pad i mean the new Commando Strip on and with in 1 week the NEW Adhesive Pad will go from Puffy to super slim and will hole for everrrrrrrrrrr mine still lasting 1 year later, i have the metal clip from another brand that fits this pocket mount clip, although the like i posted above thestress test... i can see one end keep trying to come up but its a commando strip so gonna be a while unlike the OEM Adhesive Pad... that would come off same day...this Review was not sponsored by Commando Strip

Pros:- Clipping it to my jacket zipper when I'm in the store is very convenient, and much safer than having my phone unattached to my body (like in my purse or cart)- Very secure- Not obtrusive at all, not in the way- No problem when I attached it to the back of my iPhone case- Comes with a nice template for clip location on back of iPhone- Can turn the clip horizontally or vertically, to support the iPhone, in any direction- Clip is removable- Although it is removable, I leave it on because it's not too big, and it acts like a little stand!Cons:- I like to have my iPhone close to my face for talking on the speakerphone. But I can't clip the iPhone directly onto my flannel shirt or a blouse/top without putting it in a pocket. (Really, the problem isn't the clip, but that the iPhone 7+ is too heavy for that.)This clip is nice and if you're thinking of buying it, I recommend it. I would buy this again.

I’ve been eyeing this phone clip for a while since I was currently using the Encased brand holster for my phone. The build quality seems pretty good and it’s a sturdy little clip. I’ve only been using it for 2 days and so far so good. My only issues are that the mount that attatches to the phone interferes with my wireless charging phone mount in my car which I use when I do food delivery. Second is that since the connection is square, it’s often difficult orient the phone perfectly to align the two parts together to clip it in. This makes it a little more of a hassle than I expected. I’m always getting in and out of the car so I need to be able to clip it quickly and grab stuff from the trunk. Lastly, not really a gripe, but the button to disengage the phone can be quite a deep press and often feels like I’m snapping the phone off of the clip rather than releasing it.Overall it’s a great concept and great execution, it just doesn’t suit my specific needs but may be great for others. If the they were able to make the mounting points circular, I feel like it’d be easier to line up on the go. I hope this helps!

The clip itself works fine but, the adhesive is not strong at all. The clip fell off of the case the first time I used it, within a few minutes. I followed all of the instructions. Had to glue clip to case

I used small clamps to hold the mount for 24 hours onto my smooth-backed hard rubber case for Nokia 6.1. Last time it lasted over a year and a half with daily, rough use on my belt. It should last a year until my replacement phone.I have found no other belt case/Holster for my phone and prefer not to keep it in a front or back pocket. Pouches are also inconvenient for frequent access to my phone.

Pivot pin is too short. It dislodges and falls out, releasing the clip. This happened once with a lost spring. I bought a second one, the same thing happened despite my filling the hole on both sides with glue. I have now replaced the pin with an M4-48 1.5 inch screw with the hope this will stay. The devise is a good idea, just needs better construction.

The phone clip is a neat way of carrying your phone but could use a little refinement to make it easier to use. The problem is that to make the connection the square plate that is attached to the phone must match up exactly with the receiver on belt clip. Sometimes not easy to do.Manufacturer should change to a round interface that would improve the attachment immensely

The pin that holds the two parts together is too short. It falls off during use and is a pain to get back in. If this pin was 1/8th inch longer, it would be a 5 star product.
