The Tao and The Secret, only more sublime!
Dr. Kinslow has attained mastery that few ever find: The ability to see into the depths of the troubled human heart, and to describe simple ways to both understand and to shift and heal our own backwards thinking and our states of mental and emotional turmoil. And, beyond understanding, the author offers totally revolutionary methods to move you into the state of mind and spirit that elicits the very experience of life that we all desire. As the Buddhists say, there are two types of pleasures or satisfactions in life. Pleasures of the physical, and those of the soul. When we become confused about how we can be happy, and pursue physical and mental and emotional satiation, or release from pain as our primary goal, we build up patterns that block us from experiencing our soul, our very core being, the source of true pleasure and joy. And then, we add more confusion through guilt over our 'guilty pleasures' and distressing actions, which patterns also simply add more and more confusion, blocking us even further from finding our true bliss within our core being. In many cases, we become so confused that we no longer are even able to discern our own true desires. And, the 'paths' we are offered to relieve us from this state of troubled existence seem to be maps to some other foreign land, not our own inner space. And so we often find those maps powerless to assist us in finding our own true treasure.Dr. Kinslow untangles the entire state of confusion. Simply. Elegantly. While providing the actual experience of peace and fulfillment. This is not a set of instructions on HOW to walk a path that leads to bliss. This book offers you the very honey and nectar of life itself. And, it then continues on to provide you the very experiences in your soul that are simply DESCRIBED in other books. These other books, in good faith, attempt to tell us in words, how someone ELSE experiences manifestation, applying laws of attraction, and learning incredible hidden secrets of life.If we were able to TELL each other the secret, don't you think we would all be living in bliss and abundance now? Yet these secrets seem impossible to describe or understand in words, or to discern clearly with our conscious faculties. And our very attempts at telling even ourselves that blessed secret of Ritam Bhara Pragya, manifestation of life from our heart, simply creates confusion of the mind. Now, allow yourself the perfect pleasure of dropping all striving, and finding release from the old mental gyrations that form the backbone of our own confusion and pain. EXPERIENCE the very essence of those gifts you have been trying to attain in your life.If a picture is worth a thousand words, an experience is perhaps worth a million. And, sadly, that million-word description cannot recreate the same experience in another person. And, can you not see that therein lies the conundrum of gurus and saints and techniques and scriptures? Please accept Dr. Kinslow's invitation to the very experience you have sought. He has wrapped that precious gift, and holds it out to you for your pleasure in Eufeeling! The Art of Inner Peace and Outer Prosperity!(FYI... I am simply a fellow traveler and reader who wishes to add encouragement to your curiosity, and am not connected to Dr. Kinslow in any way, nor have I met the man in person. But I love him as a beautiful light in this world.)

I AM VERY EXCITED
Recently, I published a book on Amazon titled 'The Secret Blessing: A Method for the Christian Empath'. It outlines a series of insights that have grown out of my life's spiritual journey. But there was one particular weakness in that book which I was not able to clearly define: how to access the awareness needed for effective communication of the goodness and imminence of God.Years ago, I had read some of the works of Dr. Frank Kinslow; and it now seems to me that his explanations and instructions around what he calls Eufeeling perfectly describes that missing piece that was needed for an understanding and for the practical application of my own insights. I now have found an effective means of access that makes subliminal blessing an easy reality. How exciting that he and I both, coming from two different approaches, have arrived at the same revelation of Truth. This in itself is proof of Quantum Entrainment. If you are empathic, and Christian, I strongly suggest reading both of these books for their complimentary benefit. If Christianity is not the context of your world philosophy, then Eufeeling on its own will be a wonderful tool for opening your consciousness to a greater, uplifting life experience.

An upbeat and practical book on Quantum Entrainment and achieving the eufeeling.
I have read a few other books by this author and enjoyed them. I decided to also purchase this volume (The Art of creating inner peace and outer prosperity by Dr. Frank J. Kinslow), which I had purchased on Amazon for a bargain price. This 198 page soft cover book covers much of the same material as his other two books, but focuses on the “Eufeeling” aspects of his Quantum Entrainment Healing system.Even though it seemed like much of the material was a review of his previous books; nevertheless, this book reinforced my personal practice to become more proficient at Quantum Entrainment instant Awareness and achieving the Eufeeling. This text is organized into 18 chapters covering the following material: The point, finding our way back home, feeling, thinking and acting, finding security, Eufeeling, how Quantum Entrainment works, how to do Quantum Entrainment, living from the bottom of your mind, Eufeeling, ego, and belief, perfect perception, desire, the art of QE intention, emotional management, chronic illness, material wealth, problem solving and saving your world. If you are into Quantum Entrainment you will also enjoy reading this book by Dr. Kinslow.Rating: 4 Stars. Joseph J. Truncale (Author: The Samurai Seated Workout Program).

Okay but not that effortless
I read this book for the first time 8 months ago, tried the exercises and put it away. I didn't quite "get" it. Today I opened it again, to see if I might have overlooked something last time. I read on to the description of quantum entrainment and the exercises and suddenly I remebered that I never experienced any Eufeeling last time and not this time either. And I don't understand the need for fancy words. Innocently observing your thoughts the way the author describes it is what I call meditation, as it's been done for thousands of years (yes, I know there are different variations). Finding a good feeling in your meditation and standing up holding on to that feeling, would be like a walking meditation. This is the Quantum entrainment process, according to the author. The author stresses the importance of not trying, as this defeats the process. I still cannot help but wondering if it is possible to achieve enlightenment without ever trying at all? I bet it feels very effortless when you get there, but I wonder if you can get there without the process of trying if your not enlightened suddenly as a grace.Anyway, I don't agree with the author that feeling precedes thought, in my opinon there's always an underlying thought behind each feeling. His effortless technique doesn't help you rid yourself of thoughts or the feelings caused by thoughts. I think this may happen automatically if you really "get there", but I can't get there from the descriptions in this book, and the glimpses I've had of true acceptance unfortunately don't come to me through this technique. So, not for me I guess, as I never discovered any Eufeelings. If you don't discover any Eufeelings, then you have nothing to hold on to and return to when your mind starts wandering. Also, you can't help wondering what's the matter with you when you don't feel anything. It says that Eufeeling can be stillness or silence, but I find it very hard to return to that "nothingness" when my mind starts wandering.I did enjoy some of the discourse, though.

The best?
I bought this book and before I finished it I ordered all his other work. Have been involved in meditation/healing/spiritual work for nearly 30 years and this is the most exciting work I have come across. It is too soon for me to judge results except to say I got more from reading the exercises than from all previous experience. If The Power of Now interests you but feels unattainable, this is the shortcut! I had instant connection and can only wonder where practice and experience will lead. Very exciting.

Meditation teaching that works for Westerners
This book clearly guides you to experiencing pure awareness and how to integrate this into your life. The key here is not trying at all, and Frank Kinslow guides you so you can experience this state naturally. Particularly if you have tried and failed at meditation, I would highly recommend this book. Even if you think you know how to meditate but it takes effort - read this book and be amazed at how effortless meditation can be.
