Great Writing 5: Student's Book (Great Writing, Fifth Edition) 5th Edition

Perfect !!

Love the organization of this book, the rhetorical modes that it discuss on, and that this has grammar and sentence structure practice worked into every chapter. The repeated sentence structure work really helps to build fluency and stress the importance of incorporating those structures. Repeated practice helps students to recognize poor sentence structure in their own work in a way that isolated practice or merely discussing the issue does not. These rhetorical modes (and discussing mixed modes) are particularly helpful for my students entering STEM fields.

Book has come on time in good condition

Personally, I think this book is better than Grammar in use. Because in the Grammar in use there were too much information and hard to take most important points. BTW, highly recommend!

It said I was buying a brand new textbook, which I needed because I need an access code found in the book to sign up for an online class I have. The book came and apparently there’s supposed to be a silver scratch off bar that I scratch off to find the access code, and my book doesn’t have anything like that. 😐 It does have an “access code” that it lists in the book but it does not work when I try and sign up for classes. So now I have to go and purchase a new code. I am not sure what happened but I did not buy a used book and it should have came with the code I needed.
