I could not find an 18-ring stockbook, but settled for this item, which is quite adequate.

I was rather disappointed with this product
I was rather disappointed with this product: the holder lines are a bit too narrow and too loose, stamps are not being hold tight enough and move when you flip the pages, 9 holder lines per page are too many, unless you have small stamps, you will need to skip lines in order to make stamps visible, the pages also could have been a bit thicker. The only good thing in this album is interleaving. I was looking to replace my old Soviet stamp album made in 70’s, but realized that it is of a much better quality and with more understanding of how to keep the collection.
