Great product. You will not be dissapointed.
They work great and are insulated. I get my groceries using these and they keep stuff cold for my 30 minute bike ride home. Lots of pockets and tie downs. Great bang for the buck!

Great bags!
Just did an overnight road trip with these panniers. They're so well made with plenty of room for all the stuff you need. Easy to mount and remove. Zippers are heavy duty and the extra straps with clip closures were perfect for carrying extra stuff on top. It does the job. No negatives from me.

Decent pannier. Roomy.
I use these for commuting and grocery shopping. There is also plenty of room, combined with a front pannier set, for touring. Overall, they seem pretty durable. I am not in love with the Velcro closure on the top of the pannier, but it works. The clips that mount it to the bicycle are secure--in fact when I get to work and remove them, I sometimes curse how secure they are! There are also straps to secure the lower portion of the bag; however, generally I don't even use them. For a long tour, I would. Be sure that your rack is placed far enough back on the bicycle or you have long chain stays or you might have heel strike. This is an issue on one bicycle but not the other. I'd buy them again.Edit: It is Summer 2024 and I bought these in 2021. They are still in use. I just hauled home a large load of groceries and use them regularly. This year the stitch on one of the straps on the top tore loose. I usually use these straps to attach boxes of seltzer on top of everything...however, I attached a rather large cooler when I was going to the beach and stressed the stitching. My biggest complaint after all this time is that the panniers need a stiffer backing (to keep them out of the spokes) and a better method of attaching the bottom of the panniers to the rack. I am going to add a thin piece of plexiglass into the inside of each side to deal with the backing issue and a clip of some sort to attach the bottom--and cut off the pannier attachment straps that just make noise in my spokes.Bottom line: Yes, they have their issues, but they work for everything stated above and are pretty durable for the money.

Perfect size for the winter commute
Down pouring and everything stayed mostly dry on a ten mile ride. It's quick and easy to take one and off the bike. And plenty of room for winter clothes, a computer, lunch, breakfast and the lock. I'd buy again if it wears out but riding for 3 months and it's doing great.

The best saddlebags I have used
These are two years usage and not a problem. The bags have an insulated material inside, it keeps your ice cream cold and solid. And if you are carrying a hot broiler chicken home from a store 4 miles away, it will still be hot. There are pouches on the back that are useful. It has a yellow rain hood for when it is parked, I cover it all night and, in the day, I know from past experience it is the sun that tears saddlebags up and not the rain.Buy this. It is not a cheap piece of junk. You are going to be pleased with the quality!

Returned
Clips were too small and wouldn't attach to my rack

Great product
This is an awesome saddle bag. The amount of pockets are perfect. Lots of room to store things. One thing I don't like is the support for the large pockets, which are next to the wheels is cardboard. So it is going to warp with weather and wear.
