Almost functional...
This tray is simple to assemble, is reasonably sturdy and holds a sufficient amount of paper. However, it's not aligned squarely (not my fault) and is at a permanent slight tilt, which is irritating. It looks quite good and does what I need it to do but I would have liked it not to tilt. That's all.

Arrived damaged
Arrived damaged beyond use therefore cancelled order and had refund

Badly made product
The tray broke within a year and is not very well made. The souldering has come away and the whole mechanism just collapsed. I would not advise anyone to buy this if they are looking for something long lasting

Looks nice but not stable
When you pick the full rack up just be careful as any tilt of angle will make them fly out and you will end up with your filing in a heap in the floor!

Missing pieces
It didn't come with all the screws so it's not sturdy at all.

It's good for storing letters
This product was easy to put together, however we had to bend the product to stand without wobbling.

Faulty screw thread
Unfortunately had to return as screw thread was not able to hold the screw

Don't bother!
Rubbish! When put together the trays were loose in the runners and the feet weren't even on the desk so it wobbled badly.
