I can’t rave enough about these vitamins. After being sick for a long time and wanting nothing but sleep- they gave me my life back. I went to multiple doctors because I went from being full of energy and always on the go, to someone who slept more than she was awake. My thyroid tests came back slightly out of range and I developed a goiter, but the Endo Dr said I shouldn’t feel the way I did. He was stumped. The 4th Doctor I saw was a holistic one and she put me on these immediately while waiting on all my labs. Within 3 days of taking two per day I noticed that when I got home from work I didn’t immediately lay on the couch. I actually cooked dinner AND did the dishes!! This was something I hadn’t been able to do for so long. Who ever thought I’d be excited about doing dishes!?! Buy it was the simple task that made me realize that there was something magical about this vitamins. I’m able to take them in an empty stomach without any upset. I had low iron, adrenal fatigue, and my B vitamins were all out of wack. My body wasn’t breaking down folic acid- could in most drug store vitamins and it was actually hurting me. Folic acid is the synthetic form of Folate and I’m told it can adversely effect up to 40% of the population. Because they have folate in them, they help to make all the other vitamins work. It’s a certain type (as calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) and it has worked wonders for me. The only complaint is that you can’t get the large bottle of this one (with iron). You can get the ones without in a larger quantity- but I need the iron. So if I run out, I feel like crap for a couple days.

Not bad

As a diabetic, I can honestly say this supplement is as good if not better than the meds the doctor gives me to keep my glucose under control (and with no side effects!). I found out about them a few years ago, and was surprised when I realized how well they work. Don't get me wrong, I still take the meds my doctor prescribes, but when I add one or two of the MetaGlycemX tablets each day, I can really see the difference in the meter readings . . plus they smell and taste great. Thus far, all Metagenics products I've used are top quality.

This product is terrific! I have been taking it off and on for sometime now. It was prescribed by my chiropractor and I am so glad to say, it has helped me tremendously. I feel so good when I am taking it..even helped with my weight loss..

I took this a few years ago but was told that I had to get it through my doctor. It became a hassle so I stopped getting it. Now that I can get it from Amazon.com on my own, I'm back using it. Since I'm a Type 2 diabetic, I believe it's helping me with my blood sugar along with trying to eat right and exercising. It certainly can't make things worse!

My husband has been taking this and we just didn't realize the overdoses of B Vitamins that it contains. This is super dangerous for your health and your kidneys work overtime to try and get it out of your system. We are part of the Cleveland Clinic Wellness program and his Doctor had a lot of bloodwork done. Many of the B Vitamins were in danger level! I couldn't figure out what was going on as he doesn't take vitamins until we reread the label on this. This drug is dangerous and should be pulled off the market!
