Have to learn to wrap your knees right
This is the third set of knee wraps I've purchased, I had this exact kind/brand before. I hadn't used these in a long time and they're much stiffer/steadier than I remember. If you don't wrap your knees right, or tuck the tail properly the dang things will come unraveled mid-set. I got spoiled using wraps with Velcro, but these seem much more supportive. It was definitely aggravating getting use to these again and keep the tail tucked in, but once I got the hang of it they're awesome. Just look at the product pictures to get the idea of it

Awesome support! If you love to squat, you'll love these wraps!
Nice and long, and very strong. Nice flexibility, but lovely rebound. If you powerlift, or bodybuild, this is a very nice wrap for a good price. I thought they wouldnt be that great cause I usually go with other brands, but I was proven wrong. From the first time I squatted with these, I knew they were a great investment. Try them yourself, and you will see. Plus you got them at amazon, so you know that you paid less for a bad ass product!

I think these are great.
These are great wraps. Ive been using regular lifting braces for many years but as I get older I started wanting something that offered a bit more support. This certainly do that and do it well. The key to being happy with them is knowing how to wrap them. I like to do just as in the picture and overlap each wrap with the bottom edge of the wrap running even with the top of the red center line. This puts the wraps in a good position and keeps them from opening up or pinching. I been lifting 300 to 400+ for sets and reps on freestanding squats for many years but never with such support and sense of security.

Good solid, simple support
The band is not as wide as I would like (maybe another half inch wider) but they are high quality and perform as needed, providing plenty of knee support. They DO NOT have any form of Velcro attachment or anything of that sort which I feel allows more control and freedom for wrapping. If you don't care to tuck the end of the wrap into a loop, these are not for you, but once secured, they won't unravel when you're under load.

Amazing quality
They seem too long at first but they’re perfect for powerlifting. Love the quality. I like how I can make them as tight as I want. You learn how to tuck them in and they don’t slip out.

helped my middle aged knees to squat "heavy" again
Taking inspiration from a popular fitness youtuber who talked about how wraps improved his knee health I picked these up as my knees started getting extra creaky and more sore than usual. I am not a competitive lifter just a regular person who lifts for fun and fitness , so heavy squats for me is anything more than 315. My numbers did not go up but my comfort after using these was way up. After a few weeks of squatting with wraps my knees started feeling better in everyday life. Maybe it is the compression, maybe it is the fact that I squat more and am building up more supporting tissue, who knows...but definitely improved my lifting and quality of life by reducing knee pain.Quality is good, price was right, from my amateur perspective these wraps are a win

Give some thought.
For very heavy lifters i guess these straps will protect your knees. The reason why i gave these straps 3 out of 5 starts is because the straps its self are fine and work great, but i think ppl really need to look more into why you need the straps before using them to lift more heavier weight. Also if you are having any kind of pains while exercising make sure u are lifting and doing that exercise correctly. Another concern is that if you are having knee pains after running, squating or any kind of physical exercise then you might want to schedule a visit to the doctors. For example it could be something like osteochondritis dissecans. Basically its a crack in your bone that could eventually chip off. So there for using the straps to take away some pain would be a bad idea. It actually be making things worse. And another thing to take into consideration is doing too much weight might really eff up your knees. For years i never had the best form and now i'm feeling the consequences for not doing things properly. Its better not to do anything at all if you aren't going to do it correctly. So do yourself a favor and read up on exercises and learn the forms. Besides all my thoughts on why you shouldn't even use straps, these straps are great straps if you are still considering buying a pair.
