I had been taking the 1000mg pills but switched to the 500mg and am so happy. They're a better fit for me. And the shipment arrived quick and effortlessly at my door. Would definitely order again.

Not sure how well it is going to work for me as it has not been enough time. However, I do not burp up fish (thank God) and it does not upset my stomach. Easy to swallow. So far, well worth the money.

After using this product for a few weeks, my severely damaged and lifeless hair became fuller, soft, and full of life. I can only imagine how much healthier my hair will be over time as I continue to use this supplement. It’s a great brand! I’ve tried many and this is my favorite by far!

Package arrived when they said! Very good product

In the fine print, you'll notice it says anchovys. Even spell checker pointed out this is spelled incorrectly and there is no other fish, but anchovies. Seems to be misleading and I did return the product, unopened.
