Chapin International 19149 3.5-Gallon Dripless Industrial Concrete Open Head Sprayer for Professional Concrete Applications

Chaplin is a good product but this sprayer will not spray solvent based concrete sealers without gunking up real quick the rubbers are not made to handle the solvents had to return and by the right one.The extreme works well but u have to clean with xylene right away when done.

I bought this sprayer after trying every sprayer available at local HD and lawn and garden supply stores failed within minutes of trying to spray an acrylic concrete sealer on my large stamped concrete patio. This Sprayer applied the sealer well for over an hour, was easy to fill and empty, and, most importantly cleaned up easily and was working again the next time I needed it. Cleanup with the base of the solvent used, then a fresh water rinse. The Viton® O-Rings resist solvents where the neoprene seals in inexpensive sprayers do not.

This is a quality sprayer. It is a pleasure to use in comparison to the cheap plastic models I've had previously. The spray pattern is well formed and the pumping unit works smoothly. You get what you pay for.

this is the best that you will find it's made to do what is say it will do not some cheap item like the ones you get in the big box stores this is the real deal buy one time and your set, I don't think you can wear this out, easy to clean also

Wouldn’t lock properly - gasket didn’t fit unusable

Ordered this because it was suggested by a Xylene based paver sealer manufacturer. Used for about 15 minutes before starting to have issues with it not spraying. Took it apart, cleaned, and tried again. It only worked a couple more minutes and then stopped completely. Took it apart again and thoroughly inspected this time. The o-ring in the handle swelled to over 3x its original size, closing off any opening. To get me through the job, had to visit the hardware store to buy some o-rings (not quite the right size, but got me through). You would think a $150 sprayed that advertises for use with concrete sealer would have the correct seals, but I guess not. Returned!

Easy to use and had driveway sealed in no time

This product did not work even a little. I bought it to re-seal the stampcrete around our pool, at no time did is even spray. Waste of $140, time and material

My step dad had me order this for him for his job. He was beyond impressed with the quality and the low price he paid. Product works very well.

Easy to setup and operate. Just follow the instructions, that is it.

Garbage

Decent but couldn't give more than 3 stars due to it arriving dented, and missing both of the sprayer tips. I'd have returned it if I didn't need it and already have parts units laying around. Pretty annoying.
