Before, I have this unexplained chronic fatigue syndrome that even a full rest and sleep won't resolve it. The confusion and tiredness that I am experiencing that time bothers me so much so I decided to give this supplement a try. And for a start I took this every morning and I can already notice the energy boost effect and my condition got even better since then. The flavor taste good and natural. I highly recommend this supplement.

I've tried MANY B12 supplements in the past, mostly in pill form. I was unaware that in pill form your body cannot process nearly 80% of the vitamin so I switched to liquid form. Most liquid vitamins taste like..well like you left a vitamin in your mouth for 10 minutes and think drank the residue. They are just plain nasty. 1st Step Liquid B12 actually tastes like Hawaiian Punch so it's much more pleasant. The company also made the bottle so it has a convenient "shot glass" to measure and take your doese. I don't think I'll ever switch to a different B12 brand.

Good product. I wish is came in more flavors. The container measures just the right amount of product. Not really bitter like the other B-12 products I've tried.

As someone who was once addicted to caffeine for 9 years this is a great alternative to caffeine. Just like caffeine this will wake you up. Be careful as to when you take this cause you will be wide awake. Taking it at midnight wasn’t such a good idea, but for some of those who work the graveyard shift I’d tell you take 1-2 bottles with you to work. Great stuff no aspartame or synthetic ingredients.

It really gave me the energy I needed for the day.

This product is good if you need to take B12 and if you need a little energy boost or some mental alertness then this is the product for you. It has a great cherry taste and you can hardly taste the bitter vitamin taste in the liquid. It is fast acting as well because of it being in liquid form.

Taste is OK, a little sour but not terrible. I didn’t feel like I had any more energy than any other day so won’t be reordering. They’re fine if you want more B12, but don’t expect to feel less tired.
