Omg I honestly cannot express how absolutely amazing this cat fountain is!! Literally everything from the packaging to the main body of the fountain to all the different fountain heads that are included,to the free filter & to how beautifully packaged everything was! Oh & nearly forgot the free cleaning kit!! I will start with the box it came in,really lovely & once you open it everything is individually wrapped!! Eveb tbe main fountain body has a sheet of plastic stuck around it to prevent fingerprints whilst you assemble it! The attention to detail for a product like this & for the price,blows my mind! The different fountain heads were all wrapped in protective thick wrap & the filter was in a plastic wrapper which the contents were printed on the top of it,which was the same for the cleaning kit! The instructions were tiny so that would be my one & only negative as they are provided in so many languages which is fantastic but meant the print was tiny because the book was so small! If they had made the book bigger then it would have helped! I used common sense & looked at the picture on the outside of the box! The pump also came wrapped & was really easy to put together. I loved that they have built in a small plastic channel for the wire from the pump to go up & through where it’s then connected to an apple type usb plug. Very easy to get the pump in the correct place & wire through. It was also easy to fit any of the 3 fountain heads which I started with the tap/pipe one! I did rinse mine out just because it was new & plastic. The filter sponge has to be soaked in water first for 15-20mins & then it’s really easy to put it in the plastic filter holder which simply slots up onto a space inside the cube. It’s very simple to put together. The plastic can be a bit stiff when you put the filter part on the fountain but just needs a firm push that’s all! Once all together I filled it with water slowly as I let it go through the filter,which it went through incredibly quickly! Then after I filled it to the minimum I switched it on to check it was all working correctly,which it was! Then I went & filled it to the max and took off the protective plastic from outside the fountain body. The only noise cane from the tap/tube head that I used & I had to change it unfortunately as none of my 5 cats would go near it! I put the regular tray tier type one on & they absolutely loved it! I can’t tell you how quiet it is,it’s amazing! The only time it gets a bit louder is when the water level goes down to under half way. I cannot recommend this product more highly it truly is the best cat water fountain I have ever bought & I still cannot get over the quality of the product,every single piece & the attention to detail like individual wrapping bits & labelling items! Such high quality throughout & not something you expect or get very often & certainly don’t in other brands! Both myself & all my cats who were the real testers,loved it & they drank from it straight away with no problems. They like drinking from different parts of it & what I like most is the dipped bowl in the top of the fountain that you don’t even see!! It means your pets never run out of water if the level does happen to dip to below min! It gives them enough water till you get home! I loved it so much I bought a 2nd one for my cats to have one upstairs too! Honestly buy this cat fountain you will not be disappointed!! Also sponge filters they recommend you simply give them a rinse every week & change them every month. You can buy a multipack of replacement filters on here & they aren’t expensive & they do a great job of keeping the water crystal clear!

This is by far the best pet fountain I've purchased so far - and I've got quite a few by now. The clear walls enable you to see when water runs out and refill in time, without overheating the pump. The capacity is pretty good, although with 3 cats and a dog, I still have to refill every other day. Refilling is very convenient, too. You just pour the water on top of the fountain, no spills no nothing, unlike others I've had which overfilled every time. The design is lovely, too and it's great that you have various options for the water flow. The only disadvantage is the price of the filters, which is quite expensive for such a light item. But the fountain was delivered in 3 days by UPS, so hopefully the filters will be, too. I don't know as I've just ordered them. Overall, I love this water fountain and my pets do, too!

I Loved this water fountain but after a year or 2 the pump starts to degrade even with constant cleaning. Also the plastic has warped slightly either due to heat or use. Became difficult to put the top back in after a while. Still a good product but not built to last Brilliant device to keep the cats hydrated. Have 3cats and they all use this fountain. Its so easy to assemble, the filters actually block most debris, dust and other grime I used to get with other fountains. It's super easy to clean, I found I didn't have to change the filters for a month, but you do have to wash the machine out once a week. Its very quiet compared to other fountains, aoat silent apart from the trickle of water depending on which nozel you use. Takes about 5mins to clean and refill. But the most important thing is the cats love it, one of them even plays with the water and flicks it about. Important not though, do not put near a socket if your cat tends to do this as it could cause electrical issues. Ours is located under the stairs and the wire goes through a hole in the wall we made, to make sure no water is near the sockets.

One of my male cats is VERY fussy when it comes to water. He will only drink water if it’s fresh from the tap and I can’t always be there to turn the tap on, I have tried numerous fountains in the past and he hasn’t really cared. This he LOVES! He doesn’t cry at the tap anymore and will just walk right up to it and drink. Noise level is so low you barely even notice it’s on. It has 3 attachment and whilst I admit I don’t use the pipe, I did test it and that one’s a little splashy. But if you use the leaf splitter or the babbling brooke as I call it, you’ll not even you’ve it’s on. Even one of my older females who doesn’t care for change has used it. It’s very easy to clean and assemble. I did struggle slightly with the placement of the water pump but once you’ve done it a couple of times you really get the hang of it (plus there’s a outline engraved in the bottom to show you where to place it 🙈) Best Buy iv made, and doesn’t use up the electric either, iv not noticed a change in my bills. Will be buying a couple more for around the house!

I was delighted when my water fountain arrived. Not only was it so well priced, it proved to be better than two others I had previously bought. It has various spouts to choose from and try, so my cats.....from tiny Sphinx to large Maine Coon cat.... as well as my little dog, could get the most out of it; and they love it. The pump gives an amazing flow of water - a proper fountain like a tap at my sink. The tank holds a large amount of water. The filter is good and washes well for reuse a couple of times. I am so happy with it. Alyson

Unsere Katze nutzt den "Springbrunnen" leider doch nur selten, er ist aber wirklich gut und einfach zu pflegen und nachzufüllen. Nur nachts ist das Teil doch etwas laut, dann sollte man das Teil abstellen oder doch einen abgetrennten Ort wählen, auch wenn das Geplätscher sich als ganztägiges Geräusch störend sehr in Grenzen hält, deshalb nur 4 Sterne. Grundsätzlich aber preisgünstig, technisch gut und doch empfehlenswert.

in der Beschreibung werden zwei verschiedene Auslaufausführungen angegeben, einmal abgeschrägt und einmal gebogen. Leider ist die gebogene Ausführung nicht enthalten, es kann lediglich die abgeschrägte verlängert werden. Für unsere Katzen ist der Wasserdurchlauf zu stark.
