Great pans but don't use metal tools to remove anything....
I love these pans but I made the mistake of using a butter knife to make sure a loaf wasn't stuck and it scratched the surface. For safe keeping, I now use that pan lined with parchment paper and have made sure to use only appropriate items to scrape the edges of the pan, if at all needed. In the case above, the bread wasn't stuck I was just being dumb. :(

First use was a success!
I love these pans. They are so pretty - and even better, my first loaf of GF bread was a success - no burning and bread baked evenly. They were super easy to clean up too.

Only ceramic covered, not fully ceramic
This is a metal pan that is ceramic coated. I haven't used it as yet. It seems like it would be good to use, and it should be easy to clean. I got this for a water dish for the cats; because I needed something either rectangle or oval, but it is too big for where we need it to go.

Banana bread be delighted
I use to have a glass Pyrex loaf pan that I may have taken from my mother. When I got married she took it back within a week. So I went out into the market much like you looking for a loaf pan. Certainly there are many different kinds on the market. Glass vs ceramicAfter using both I have to say that I think the ceramic is less prone to over cooking. I know that might sound odd but I've had bread I forgot about in the oven and I believe this pan saved it.The color is pretty spot as shown. I got a pot/pan set in this brand and color for my wedding so I already knew what color is was exactly. Actually because I already had some of the set is the reason I decided to try the ceramic though it was more than glass. I'm glad I did because my banana bread was amazing this last time I used it.

NOT WHAT IT CLAIMS
This pan is not a ceramic pan it is a metal pan with some kind of coating on it. This is definitely false. advertising. Who knows what this coating is made of or how unhealthy it might be!!! Not only that, but I can see through the clear wrapping, there is already a half inch scratch on the inside bottom of the pan. Pretty sad this pan is so ill made it cannot even make it through shipping without being damaged! Now I have to take it to the UPS store at my own expense to get my refund for something they lied about.

LOVE THEM!
I love making bread. I have used my Pampered Chef losf pans for a few years, and no matter what I did the bread would always stick. I ordered one pan to see how it would do. The bread slid out with no problem. So ... I ordered two more and a 8 inch square pan, too! Love them. Nothing sticks and clean up is easy. I would highly recommend using them!

Put directly in cart and order
The ultimate test for the durability of a pan like this is meatloaf..I've made 2 so far in the few weeks I've had this pan and it's a pleasure now in every way. For many years I avoided making meatloaf but since it's so much easier to clean the pan I don't mind now. The last one I made in 1998 turned out to be adobe and I ended up tossing the whole pan, loaf included..I had one of those "as seen on TV" loaf pans next, the kind with the rack that allowed the fats and juices to drip down below.. another adobe brick maker.. oddly, that greasy disaster makes for a really moist loaf. I also use tomato soup on top, and we all know the story of burnt tomato soup on a pan..Comes right off with hot water.. the greasy disaster pools up around the meatloaf so lifting the whole loaf out of this pan is super easy (two plastic or silicone spatulas, one at each end) and I let it sit on a serving plate to leak whatever is left on it.. both the oils and the tomato soup come right out, little effort on the sponge's behalf, and the pan is right back to its clean state.Haven't tried breads in it yet, that's my next endeavor.. not even worried. As long as you don't use metal utensils or abrasive cleaning implements the coating on the pan should remain stellar and will easily resist whatever mess you can throw at it (or in it.)I did notice though that sliding it in the oven across the rack scratched the bottom.. not the pan's problem, that was definitely operator error.. Since noticing my mistake I have taken better care to not slide or scrape the bottom of the pan on oven racks or on the burners of my stove (where I sit my loaf to cool.)And if it doesn't last long due to my error, I'm going to order a new one. I wish GreenLife made cookie sheets and brownie pans (8x8, 9x9) because I'd have those in my cart faster than these can be washed. Love them, I also have the 9x13 pan and that one is going to be employed for a few messy foods like lasagna very soon. You won't be disappointed as long as you care for the pan as instructed. Also makes a great gift for those tough relatives and friends that are difficult to find the perfect gifts for and they will appreciate your caring enough to make their domestic lives easier :)

Rusts if you dry it upside down!
Was easy clean up but don’t leave it upside down! Left it in the drainer and when I turned it right side up the water had pooled in the “turned under rim” and dumped rusty water everywhere! The coating also chips easily. Baked great but didn’t hold up.

The delivery packaging isn't great
The seller did not package the product properly causing damage to the item purchased. The product in itself is fine but the coating is very thin causing it to wear very easily.
