Let's talk about this humble little relay.I wanted a way to use Alexa to control my fireplace. You'd think somebody out there would make a true relay switch with a secondary mechanical connector, but they do not. So if you want to smart-ify your gas fireplace, you need a smart switch and a relay.This relay takes a 120V signal to close a (theoretically 12V) normally-open terminal.There are two sizes of terminals in use - 0.187" and .25". Make sure you purchase appropriately.This relay is not quiet; it makes a notable thunk.Having said all that, it does what it says it'll do.

fit my 6 gallon atwood

Did not work. Replaced control board still did not work. Put old relay back in after replacing control board and problem solved. Problem was control board relay I received was bad. Caused extra confusion but now just glad problem solved.

Used for a heat pump and so far so good after one days use

Worked perfect to get my smart switch to turn on my gas fireplace. Fireplace does not need 120V so I used this to act as the switching device and it does the trick. Small enough to fit inside the wall box behind the switch. You will need spade connectors to attach to the terminals.

Works as advertised. 120v coil can be connected to 110vac house wiring and simply shorts the remaining to pins. The way a relay should work. Using this to control a 12v circuit with a 120v wifi switch.

Replaced the relay in our Kenmore Vac. Works perfect, love the VAC so wanted to fix it, which w3e did for $10!
