Bolted right on, started right up. My old carb was flooding bad and for a little more than a rebuild kit this new carb works great!

Had been looking for a good carburetor for my 64 Plymouth Barracuda for months. Wasted money on trying to rebuild or replacing with a used one. Could not BELIEVE this carburetor. It fit perfect, little adjustment IT STARTED RIGHT UP!!! Could not be more pleased.

Put this on a slant 6 225ci. Used the 1bbl to 2bbl adapter. After rigging up the throttle cable, the truck fired right up.

I have installed the carburetor to let the engine warm up. adjusted carb. adjusted carb anything over half throttle wants to flood out or bog back fire. but runs descent under 1/2 throttle but surely does suck gas. like a four-bbl,carburator. I can't put the air cleaner on the car as it doesn't want to work with it like the fuel pump hits the air cleaner's house. I don't know which was worse having covid -19 and spending a month in the ICU. then being told that I had passed a couple of times or driving with this piece of poo on my car. I cleaned up the 48-year-old carb and reinstalled it, and now it runs a lot better. Amazone should be ashamed to sell this P O S. Most of the stuff I get works well but the carb was poo.

Makes my 1974 318 run and drive. Nothing special but will get the job done.If you are in my situation you are better off doing a 4bbl swap with an AFB/AVS style edelbrock and any new/used aluminum 4 barrel intake from Edelbrock or Weiand (Holly), or a cast iron one from a 340/360.If you're a jeep guy this is probably the best new production China 2bbl carburetor on the market IMO.

Got this for my 73 dodge b100 van. Works great I set the air fuel before putting it on. Fires right up and runs perfect.
