Do not order this product unless you have a computer degree or have nothing to do but keep setting up the app works poorly off the app you must keep closing the app and restarting to get it to control the blindthey send you out a 72" wire to hook up a 8' blind when linking them together which is too short you ask for the correct size the send you out a patch cord the same length so you have a wade of wire to look at on your wallThen nothing but excuses from the seller I will most likely be sending this poor product back and reordering from a better manufactureAnd now we are being told they are going out of business so the WIFI control will not work

I got the V2 shade at 93" Width. It worked better than I expected and I'm very pleased with the results. Very simple to install (I did outside mount with reverse roll). Instructions were easy to follow and answered every question I had. After manually setting the limits I quickly paired it to Alexa and created a routine to "open" and "close" the shade.The shade brackets have plenty of forgiving screw holes/slots to assist with wall mounting and fine tuning the bracket placement. I was also pleasantly surprised to find ample sticky-backed cable tracks to hide and secure the power cord.I only wish they had the solar shade in stock! I'll be buying more of these on the future and I highly recommend this product.

5 months in, 2 of the 3 shades I purchased have stopped connecting to the web app and the only way to open/close the blinds is manually. I've tried reseting the blinds with no success and customer support hasn't written back in almost 2 weeks. Maybe there's still a solution here? Would love to have some guidance.
