Wow! I am real happy I decided to give this instant a try! Great flavor and strength (adjust to your own taste) without that chemical after taste that sours me on many the these instant coffee's. I've tried/scoured every known brand of instant coffee from every corner of the planet, my daughter thinks I'm nuts. I've been on a several year mission to find the best tasting instant coffee that suits my pallet. From the Far East to South America. From North to South every brand within reason I've tried. Many are just plain terrible and you throw away immediately. The tolerable ones you keep for emergencies and the good ones (which are few) I rotate around week to week. Price also is a factor.My top 5 Choices to date that I think comes closest to brewed without that chemical after taste.#1 Cafe Tastle Gold - "Great taste and flavor and "by far" the best price per ounce anywhere!#2 Waka - Columbian Med Roast - "Excellent" instant but very expensive#3 Starbucks VIA - Columbia Roast. Very expensive!#4 Starbucks VIA - Italian Roast. Very expensive#5 Douwe Egberts - Pure Indulgence Dark Roast. reasonable pricingNumbers 1,2 and 5 are my daily coffee's. When I want that special cup #3, #4. But #1 might take over for Starbucks as my best tasting....There are tons of reasonable instants and I've tried them all. These 5 above are worthy of being daily drinkers without that chemical after taste that I've been searching for all these years. My amazon app reminds me that I have purchased this product, the big one, 20 times in the past. It lasts me about a month and a half of about 2 large mugs per day. The flavor is great! It's an earthy strong coffee flavor without being bitter. I drink my coffee black with a little shake of white sugar or lump of brown sugar so my coffee needs to be delicious without any wild creamer flavors and this product nails it.The only thing I am not liking is how the price keeps climbing. 😂 When I first found it in 2019, it was $18/$19 for the 500g container. Still, it's worth every penny at $30/500g

It’s pretty good coffee for instant. Pretty good!Robust. DEFINITELY...’earthy’. I digz.I personally think that a 1 good size Tablespoon gives a good strength in an 8...maybe a 12 oz. cup.Meaning—you might not get 200 or so cups.You might get 270 cups (or whatever they have on the label, I’m not in my kitchen writing this) of ‘hot, brown, ‘coffee water’ but definitely not...the good cup of coffee as it ‘touts’ by suggestion of (I think) 1 tsp.That must be per ‘thimble’! That would suck even in a 6 oz.!I’d be acvery unhappy chick if somebody handed me that talkin’ bout:“Here’s your coffee ma’am. Would you like cream wit that”??!Anywayz....It arrived undamaged, full, sealed tight & label in tact. I like the nice little plastic handle.Somebody on here rated it low-er or complained cause they hated the handle As if the handle is going to be eaten or tasted. It’s a dang handle people. When it comes to coffee, that’s the importance here.Yes...yes I know what chur sayin’: “MAD Rater to each his own”! Your right and thankfully so!!! Cause I like it! I use it to pick it up and with my thumb I tilt the canister to slide under my cabinet.Awesome! A tilting coffee Canister full of ‘freeze-dried’ tasty goodness! Go figure!I rather think it’s a nice little touch. But then again I’mma girl, we like ‘conveniences’. Besides... it’s not like I’m going to grab it by the handle and start singing & swinging it all over my kitchen in joyful jolliness!But...then....I am strange so—I do tend to have outburst episodes of ‘jolliness’.I would say carefully though...it’s not ‘heavy’ molded plastic.It really isn’t made for ‘jolliness-ness.Lid or handle. I would buy again.Yeeeeeep....I certainly would.

I'm a light coffee drinker and never liked straight coffee. This has a lighter coffee flavor than other brands I've tried. I am not a huge coffee fan and don't spend time brewing it since I don't seem to have time but I like iced coffee and this is great for that. Sometimes I will just sprinkle some on my ice cream and it dissolves pretty quick and is really good. I make a health drink in a blender in the morning and add a little of this coffee to give me a little zip(might not be so healthy because of the caffeine but that's my choice), and it mixes real well. I did see a documentary on youtube about freeze dried coffee and how it is made and they mentioned it has greater health benefits because it is freeze dried. I'm not a nutritionist but it sounds good. Anyhow this coffee seems to be a good price for the quantity you get. The plastic container has a handle on the lid which is handy because when its empty I can put things in it and hang it from a nail in the workshop.
