Great Japanese tea!!
I love this tea. I was looking for low-caffeine organic Japanese teabags for my tea-loving daughter. She loves this product, too.First I thought it is a bit pricy, but one teabag can steep 2 cups of tea. Also it came with a passionate letter about their product, which made me convinced about pricing, by telling me where and how the tea came from.Roasted rice flavor goes great with any kind of meal. I have tried many different brands, this is one of the best so far.

Another delicious, high quality tea from Tea Kitamura!
As a person who loves tea, I wanted to try another tea product from Tea Kitamura. This time, I'm checking out the Tea Kitamura Organic Single-origin Japanese Brown Rice Tea (Genmai-Cha).I absolutely enjoy Japanese tea and I was quite pleased to see that Tea Kitamura from Nagasaki, Kyushu, would be releasing their tea worldwide via Amazon. Giving ocha lovers the chance to try their delicious, organic tea.The company was founded in 1954 by Kitamura Chikaji, who would take a rough mountain terrain to cultivate his own tea farm. But his biggest challenge was when a customer requested him to produce a completely organic tea crop which was unheard of as most tea farmers utilized pesticides and chemical fertilizers. And while he wanted to take on the challenge, others scoffed at him, because they didn’t think it was possible. But for Kitamura, he wanted to produce a safe tea that his grandchildren can drink. And it wasn’t an easy success, it took many years of trial and error and now Kitamura Tea Farm has become one of Japan’s most respected producers of certified organic single origin green teas.In 1995, he was awarded the Japan Agriculture Pioneer Award and in 2012, he was awarded the Yellow Ribbon Medal of Honor by the Japanese emperor. The company’s teas are also certified organic by the Japanese Agricultural Standard (JAS) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. So, the Tea Kitamura Organic Single-origin Japanese Brown Rice Tea (Genmai-Cha) comes with 20 bags and is a green tea flecked with grains of toasted puffed brown rice sourced from Shikoku Prefecture. The tea has a notes of nut, quite savory and you can smell the aroma of roasted rice. It's absolutely delicious and I like it a lot!Overall, this is another high quality tea from Tea Kitamura. The Tea Kitamura Organic Single-origin Japanese Brown Rice Tea (Genmai-Cha) is highly recommended!

Authentic, tasted great, smooth and elegant; made in Japan
This "Tea Kitamura Japanese Organic Brown Rice Tea (20 tea bags)" are good. Nice tea color, smelled great, and tasted great, very smooth and very elegant; it is a great after meal tea, it remind me of the very high quality tea that they poured me in Japan after a high-end sushi dinner. You can enjoy it throughout the day too; and after you finish your first cup, you can refill it a few times and still have flavor (quite lighter than your first one tho). Definitely high quality, and you can tell just by having a sip. Product of Japan, single-origin, from one plantation in Kyushu.Overall, this product is good, except that it is not cheap. Coming out to be about 80c per tea bag.Thank you for reading this review, I hoped that this review is helpful to you in support of your purchase decision.
