GG Grand General 60439 Matte Black Powder Coated License Plate Frame with 2 Holes

Good quality polished stainless steel license plate frame. Comes with multiple size stainless steel screws and bolts for various cars. Unfortunately, none of the fasteners worked for my Tesla Model 3. I purchased shorter stainless steel bolts that fit. I paid $1.16 for six shorter stainless steel bolts - so not too bad.

I have purchased 4 of these now for different vehicles. There are a few reasons that I keep purchasing these. They look great and the finish holds up very well. They are strong and I like the simplistic design. And although the pictures don't show them, or the description doesn't mention it, it comes with quality screws and screw covers. It comes with 2 large, machined screws and 2 large sheet metal screws so you have a choice depending on your vehicle. The screw covers actually screw on instead of clip on. Great license plate frame for the money!

Was looking for a gloss black frame that will last. I think this is the one. I drive an all black car with a Black CA personalized plate. I like that this feels substantial and the black powder coat seems durable. I'd call it more of a gloss black then a semi-gloss. It has as much sheen as my car's paint job which is what I was looking for. I also like that I hugs up to the plate numbers and letters on the bottom hiding the extra holes unlike the similar black plate frame I purchased from auto zone, and had to return...hope this helps someone like me who aesthetics is important to.

Owned this for 2 years this July (2025), rear license plate frame black coating is starting to show the chrome plating below. Front plate shows rust chips on the lower wide part, which is to be expected as that side is prone to rock chips from the road. Overall, I like the quality of the hardware and the screw caps. It allows for more security from someone tampering with your registration sticker.

Good quality, right color place to match the trim on my car, all necessary hardware included. Very happy.

Title says it all. These are nice metal polished license plate frames. Simple and made of metal instead of cheap-o plastic. If you're mentally older than about 12 these are for you. If you're a child in an adult's body go ahead and get some ugly thing with a dragon on it or made of chains or that talks about how great friends/family/god/dogs/cats/sports team/city etc. etc. etc. are or some other ridiculous crap. If you're an an adult and you want your car to look elegant and stylish instead of being a rolling vomitorium of your personal beliefs (that you don't actually believe in, if you did you wouldn't waste your time blathering about them on your license plate frame) then these will do quite nicely. Someone in a previous review mentioned there's two in a pack with these, nope, it's one-per-purchase.

The top portion of the frame covers a portion of the state name and registration sticker. I wish it were more narrow. The bottom portion covers the slogan well, which is what I was looking for. The frame is glossy.

Good value

I wanted to find a frame that had tabs on it so that there were no rattles and it was held securely. It is a heavy gauge frame and therefore feels solid. The black powder coat is good, however, I bought it to have it powder coated a custom color to match some other parts.

El tamaño es perfecto el color negro mate se ve bastante bien una vez que colocas las placas, el material es acero y se siente resistente. solo viene 1 porta placa, deberás pedir dos para colocar al frente y atrás.

Had them for about a year. Still fine but with a small amount of rust at the bolt holes
