Q: How long is the wire?

I think that it’s about 3 metres long, plenty long enough for me to run it from the middle of the dash to the top center of the windscreen on a Peugeot Boxer

Q: Is the antenna best fitted to the windscreen horizontally or vertically for fm reception in the uk? at top of windscreen or at the bottom?

i fitted mine horizontally and the reception is good,i would imagine if fitted vertically it would be the same.
