Great Buy with a few modifications
Purchased to support 6" Spiral Piping for Dust Collection system. This device is apparently for metric pipe but close enough for my situation. I purchased some 1"x 1/4" weather stripping from Home Depot and the previous sloppy fit on the 6" ducting is now very snug and secure. Though the 10mm floating nut at the top of the bracket was not ideal, I simply removed it and used a 1/4-20 threaded rod with washer and locking nuts. The other end of the threaded rod was inserted into a 1/4-20 toggle bolt that I had installed in the overhead dry wall. The bracket is very stout and well made. Have not found a more economical device of this type for sale anywhere.
