My dog was diagnosed with CHF. I went online and did research and got him this. Gaia usually has good quality stuff so I figured why not. 500mg of proprietary hawthorne blend. Few months pass by and Leo (my dog) has some kidney issues. We go into the vet and they did an X-ray of his chest. Turns out, not only does he no longer have a heart murmur. His heart shrunk and made what the vet said "9 months of progress" in over 2 months. So yeah... This Hawthorne berry is the real deal. I'm gonna end up buying a tincture but that's only because I don't want to feed Leo pills. For human use this is probably one of the best stuff you're gonna get on the market. I absolutely love this product. I was able to get off beta blockers from taking hawthorn for only a week. Natural blood pressure medication and it also helps with palpitations and anxiety! Love it! just make sure to take it on empty stomach. Although - keep in mind for sensitive stomach it may cause problems if taking more then for a few months. So i would just take breaks and take it in cycles. A few weeks on, a few weeks off. It did the magic for me. I hope it does for you too. Love Gaia.

I really feel the Hawthorne helps me. My numbers were pretty high (I'm on a carnivore diet). I started to take this and 4 months later - still on carnivore - my numbers dropped significantly. I didn't do 5 stars because the last time I ordered it I got Oil of Oregano instead and keep getting the run around on Amazon - and the ph# I called. Oil of Oregano is good for you too. Just didn't order it.

I am grateful to have these capsules -- I totally trust this brand for consistent quality, the caps are easy to swallow 2 at a time, and they do a great job of steadying my heartbeat.
