Tried many electrolyte drink additives around 6 years ago I started ordering these in the variety pack and after several orders I just started ordering the strawberry lemonade, which I feel is your best flavor hands down and since then, I've ordered them over 70 times. And I also believe they're the reason why I stopped getting cramps after a long day of work. Without a doubt highly recommend

Excellent to elevate hand cramps

I use them to play soccer under the heat of Miami. They are perfect and delicious!

Too expensive.

This is the electrolyte hydration I keep coming back to. They'll change the packaging, but the great taste and the fact that it's not heavy are huge plusses for me. On my longer bike rides this is one of the items I will always have in my jersey pocket, so I can drop a tab into my bottle when I refill.

I like the flavor

Product is great but 2 of the 8 Gu containers had a broken safety seal and were open. This seller does not provide any option for a partial refund or replacement.

This is the third time we have ordered these. They taste great and best of all, work! Used for hydration during the STP this year. Also use them When working in the yard. If you don't like lemonade, try the triple berry!
