Low source of protein
The recommended serving size on the container is 1 gram. That's 1 scoop. The protein content of spiruline is 5.7 grams per 100 grams. You'd have to eat the entire container to get the amount of protein you would reasonably need in one day! That's the negative. The positive is that one scoop actually tastes pretty good on a buttered (Miyoko) baked potato.
