Well tolerated. Clean formula

I've been taking Jarrow Formulas MK-7, a bioactive form of Vitamin K2, for a while now. These softgels are incredibly easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste, which is a definite bonus.While it's too soon to comment on the long-term effects, the convenience and quality of these supplements have won me over. I find them to be an excellent addition to my daily routine and I highly recommend them to others looking to supplement their diet with Vitamin K2.

Excellent supplement to take and beneficial. The only negative is the supplement size of the pill is big- I cut it to make it easier to swallow and digest.

Ordered for my wife, she likes this product.

I was definitely skeptical but after 2 days of taking this product I feel really good. The only complaint, I wish they would include some type of moisture collection bag in the bottle because the capsules were mostly stuck together but doesn't affect the potency.

i love this product and have never had this issue before, but apparently during the shipping process, these expensive supplements were subjected to too much heat. They gel tabs were all clumped together, and though I was able to separate them, I'm concerned that I'm not going to get the full benefit or the full potency effect.
